The hotel was beautiful, the staff was kind. We speak English and were able to communicate with everyone effectively and easily. My only issue is that for the price paid, there should be water available in the room.
The room was amazing. The stuff friendly and attentive.
Good location next to the station. The room was clean and comfortable, but a little small. The room did not have a fridge or coffee machine, which I would have expected.

Had a great stay here, the shower had brilliant pressure! Loved the coffee machine had tea pods too. Views were outstanding from our room. Would have given a 10/10 if the bar service was better (definitely need more staff) and bottled water in the room. Otherwise it was a perfect stay.

The front desk manager isn't very accommodating and the breakfast is consistently poorly executed.
Everything was amazing! views, location, atmosphere. I just wish you guys had a microwave. We had a lot of leftovers and no where to heat it up.
Small room, should be nice to have a kettle or a nespresso machine on your own room so you can have a drink.
We had the most enjoyable stay at the Cloud one.The check in staff on Friday evening were very pleasant and professional.We enjoyed the terrace,and a perfectly made cocktail on the sixth floor “what a view” Staff were wonderful.Lovely start to the evening before heading to Harry’s Steakhouse for dinner. Thank you Cloud one we look forward to staying with you in the future,and will absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family coming to NYC.
It was overall really great. The location is great and the room is beautiful. The Bed is very very comfortable and everything is clean. Only downsides are the view from the room which are right in front of another hotel or apartment building so people can look into your room easily and the bathroom door can’t be locked or kept open properly. Overall very nice stay. Probably not worth the price tho, it was very very expensive

Nice hotel next to the station. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Room was comfortable but minimal, Personally I would prefer more storage space, even the bedside table was tiny, also nowhere to store clothes other than a few hangers. Room was only made up for 1, so it was a nuisance going back and forth for items like towels and duvets. Would have also been nice to have a mini fridge and water. Bar area was very nice with great views over the city. Breakfast service was very busy and hectic!

The overall experience could have easily been an 8/10, but unfortunately the behavior of the female receptionist working the night shift brought it down to a 1/10. I travel extensively for work and stay in hotels all over the world, and I have honestly never experienced this level of rudeness and disrespect from someone working at a front desk. I had an issue with my room key, which can obviously happen. I politely asked for assistance, and another gentleman at the front desk was extremely kind and professional. He helped resolve the problem and even apologized to me for his colleague’s behavior. Unfortunately, the female receptionist was incredibly rude from the beginning. She spoke to me with completely inappropriate familiarity, insulted me, told me to “fuck off,” and insisted that she would not speak to me unless I said “please” and “thank you,” even though I had already asked politely for help. When I tried to explain the situation and speak with her calmly, she simply waved her hands at me as if telling me to shut up. It was honestly embarrassing to witness this kind of behavior from someone working at a hotel reception. What made it even worse was that I noticed her treating other guests in a similarly disrespectful manner. We are actually exploring hotels in this area for our company, as our teams travel to New York regularly. After this experience, I genuinely cannot understand how I could recommend this hotel to colleagues and business travelers if guests can be treated this way at the front desk. It is a real shame, because the other staff members I encountered were kind, professional and helpful. One person’s behavior, however, completely ruined what could have been a very positive experience. Management should seriously address this situation. Front desk staff are the face of a hotel, and this level of disrespect toward paying guests is simply unacceptable.
Excellent stay! The room, staff, breakfast, and 6th-floor lounge were all outstanding. I truly enjoyed my experience and look forward to returning to this property and trying other affiliate locations.
Top service all round
Hotel is nice, but there was not working ceiling light in the bathroom. In the room was very cold and it was not possible to heat it so I was freezing the whole stay, it was like 15 degrees jn the room. Also on bed was dirty mark.
Good morning, The service is excellent, just a quick note regarding the fact that I asked for the invoice and you told that it was not possible because the reservation was made by another company, but I did the payment. I hope next time it will be possible to have the invoice for the payment.
Loved staying at The Cloud One. Rooms were clean and nice, staff was very friendly and spoke good English, and the facilities were excellent. Only downside was my bathroom could have used for light around the mirror, but that’s a minor concern for me.
Wifi didn't work well in the room. Front desk was not helpful basically saying "it should work". Lighting in the main room was really low given only one overhead light. Even with the window open. Air Conditioner made annoying sound as it clicked on and off.
Rooms are spacious and clean, and staff are so helpful and friendly.

Generally excellent. Room was pretty cramped with very little room to move around but perfectly fine for just myself for one night, especially given the price point and location. In-room facilities were fine, bed very comfortable, noise insulation from street outside was very good (I had requested a room with city view), noise insulation from door to corridor not so good, so some disturbance from people talking in the corridor - in common with almost every hotel I have ever stayed at! Breakfast was great, loved the breakfast seating area.
Perfect peaceful & convenient location, excellent service, very polite and helpful staff. Very good choices for breakfast, offering local produce. The open air patio is a very pleasant spot to sit, relax and enjoy a drink or lunch/dinner. Roomy cloud room excellent, having a balcony with sun loungers is a delight in the warm early fall weather.

The check-out with the proper company invoice was procedually really bad (was'nt able to do it Day before, wrong adresses some double times, took a very long time etc.). The service still was very kind and calm - respect!!
Really decent room but given that it's missing the fifth floor, missing a bar, the rooms should have been discounted.

Did not get reciept on requested cost, you refered to that you did not have my e-mail adress, I gave it, futhermore I got this mail so that means you already got it, slow expediting in the reception, breakfast location was not optimal & very expensive, I have stayed many times in the hotel in business & booked both for myself and several collegues, but would expect much better treatment
No complaints at all. Room was comfortable and offered all the necessary facilities. Very clean. Staff both efficient and friendly. The hotel's location is super convenient and offers extremely good value. This was our second visit and we wouldn't hesitate to stay in future.
The whole group of 11 persons where very positive about the hotel! It was mentioned that a trash can where missing in the rooms. The bathroom had cans. 3 of a total of 11 have experienced bug sticks in 2 different rooms.

I was particularly pleased about the fact that, following a message I sent within the Booking.com platform asking for a room with a nice view, I was in fact assigned a room with an excellent view over the World Trade Centre. The staff is courteous and professional; I would like in particular to mention a female member of staff who was at the reception desk in the evening of my arrival (September 13, around 9 pm) and on the morning of my check-out (September 14, shortly before noon). I recommendation I might suggest is to reduce the amount of German language that a public (by definition) international such as the one coming to your New York premises is exposed to. Everything digital, from the Wi-Fi portal to this very questionnaire starts off with everything in German, before forcing the user to manually shift into English. I do understand that the overall brand is German and that you probably have a majority of German guests for your facilities in Germany, but a location that is literally besides the World Trade Centre in New York has certainly an international audience, and English is clearly the language they are most used to. By the way, I write this being an Italian native speaker; if I were American, this expectation would be even stronger, because any interface that does not start off in English would seem to be extremely unusual, to the extent to which it becomes bizarre and weird.

Great hotel right on the ring and short walk to the centre and museum quarter. Room (balcony Room on second floor) was fabulous. Breakfast was nice way to start the day
Overall I love the hotel. The only downside was I was getting ready to head out for the day and was picking up my shoes when my socks were suddenly wet. The AC unit apparently had a leak and soaked the carpet. I had to repack up and move rooms before I could continue my day.
I had a lovely stay. Very kind and friendly reception team (thanks Mario!), breakfast/bar team, cleaning team... Comfortable bed, extremely quiet room, very nice shower (though it would be nice to have more hanging options for bathroom towels (hooks?)). Very good breakfast. Fantastic location. All in all: happy! Thank you!
Hotel is excellent. The surrounding of the hotel is less pleasant, especially at night. The hotel is situated on the edge of an area where there are a LOT of drug addicts and homeless people are, the "bahnhofsviertel"; a place best to avoid after dark
The hotel is located in a very convenient area, just a short walk from the World Trade Center, PATH, and subway stations. From the outside, the hotel looks very attractive. It is a high-rise building that fits perfectly into the Manhattan skyline. Check-in went smoothly, and the front desk associate was very friendly. I also called the hotel before my arrival with a question, and I received a timely response. In fact, one of the front desk associates followed up with a confirmation email to make sure I had everything in writing, which I really appreciated. When I made my reservation, I requested a room on a higher floor, and I was given a room on the 25th floor, so thank you for accommodating that request. Unfortunately, the room itself was extremely small. I would not recommend this type of room for two people, as there simply isn't enough space for two guests to move around comfortably. The size of the lobby was also inadequate considering the size of the hotel. It felt very cramped, with very limited space for sitting or relaxing. The room had an air-conditioning unit located underneath the window. However, during the night, the unit started making strange noises that repeatedly woke us up. The sound was particularly unpleasant because it almost sounded as if someone were trying to get into the room from outside. Although the hotel gave the impression of having been recently renovated, the renovation did not appear to be complete. Some elements of the room looked new, while others looked old and somewhat neglected. This gave us the impression that the renovation may have been done somewhat inefficiently or that cost-cutting measures had been taken during the process. My biggest issue, however, was the price. I completely understand that New York City is a busy tourist destination where events take place every day, and that hotel rates can fluctuate significantly. However, charging this amount per night for this type of room is, in my opinion, excessive. The price simply does not match the product or the level of service provided. This was extremely disappointing for us. When I booked the room at this price point, I had very different expectations for my stay. Paying $740 for two nights, without breakfast, is simply too much for what the hotel offers.
There’s no phones in the rooms. I think you reach reception, you had to actually walk down to the front desk. Also after one of the times housekeeping cleaned the rooms, they didn’t replace the hand towels. We had to use bath towels to dry our hands.
Great interior design, great location. As always with Motel One, you know what you are buying, what to expect and you can not be disappointed!
The hotel was amazing, we had such a nice stay and we will highly recommend it to our friends and other people. I would like to see some fired eggs at breakfast and conditioner in the bathroom/ room. Also I believe your AI video of the room is underrated. The room is more beautiful than in the video.
While our reason for staying was not “fun” the hotel made our stay very pleasant and comfortable considering the circumstances. The staff was very nice and the rooms were spotless. My favorite part was my view! I was able to look down at the reflecting pool, at my Daddy, all night long!
