Two suggestions: 1. Have a small table for a surface area to place personal toiletries in the bathroom. 2. Have hand wash cloths in the bathroom
A small handle at the wall beside the toilet would facilitate getting back up again from the Portuguese slightly lower seat.
I do appreciate the fridge in the room 319 working well, which wasn't the case in the very first room I stayed here initially some time ago, probably 101 Room 319 has a view to workers from across during the day stepping out for a smoke or their break, so curtains closed mostly
I visit Lisbon 10 times a year for work and we've used Motel Ones in Germany we wanted to try the location out. Our standard hotel is Epic Sana close by. The location is marvellous, silent place with great connection to the airport. The internet connection was good. The things to develop: - The breakfast for an early morning person was limited. Eggs and some other things arrived only 30 mins after the breakfast started. - The lobby or the atrium doesn't have any outlets to do any work - The upstairs rooftop opens up only at 4 and closes already after 9 - I stayed for 5 days and the soap both in bathroom and in shower was pretty much empty when I arrived - Both in my and my colleagues room the shower stayed wet for 1+ days after shower and the water didn't go into the drain. Overall place has loads of potential but we will most likely stick with our usual hotel rather than transitioning here.
Staff were exemplary Hotel very clean Perfect location
The service was excellent. The front desk staff on duty on July 16 were great- Mila and the other guy. I look forward to coming back there.
While I appreciate The Cloud One’s aesthetics and design concept, there were several practical and operational issues that detracted from my stay: • No hot water on my final evening: After returning to the hotel around 11pm following a full day in Sintra, I discovered there was no hot water in my shower. Reception confirmed the issue and attempted to reset the system, but despite waiting for almost two hours, the hot water had still not returned by around 1am. I was ultimately too tired to wait any longer and had to shower without hot water. I appreciate Pedro’s efforts to assist, but the lack of such a basic hotel provision was a very disappointing end to my four-night stay. • No convenient way to contact Reception/Housekeeping: There is no telephone in the room or other practical two-way communication channel. The TV messaging function only allows guests to receive messages, not send them. A two-way messaging service via WhatsApp, an app, or a similar platform would make it much easier to request assistance without repeatedly going down to Reception. • No kettle or mugs: I was surprised to learn that kettles are only provided in certain room categories. I was instead offered a pot of hot water each evening. Providing a kettle and mugs in every room would be a simple but valuable convenience. • Poor bathroom ventilation: The bathroom becomes extremely steamy after showering and takes some time to clear, suggesting that the ventilation could be improved. • Shower design: The glass shower panel is too short to adequately contain the water, causing water to splash onto and pool on the bathroom floor. Aside from the inconvenience, this could also create a slipping hazard. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel’s aesthetic, but I feel greater attention to these practical details—and ensuring essential services such as hot water are reliably available—would significantly improve the guest experience.
I enjoyed my stay at the cloud one, the team were kind and the room was very clean and tidy. All the staff spoke English really well and were always quick to help us when needed. The hotel location was the best, very central to every where we needed to go and also close to the metro.
Pool was not available the first days, no information in advance. No flexibility in serving the breakfast, nothing served before seven.
Loved the hotel itself. The young staff were excellent. The breakfast and the breakfast area was lovely.
I had an awesome stay at the Cloud One Lisbon. The friendliness and service were beyond expectations. I particularly liked the breakfast, great fresh products, nice warm egg dishes, and amazing pancakes. The lounge with its patio is a pleasant space for someone who wants to relax, work, and have a coffee.
Fabio and his team helped make our stay truly memorable. My son and I were treated so well throughout our stay - we will definitely be back.
Amazing staff!!!! Everybody was so friendly and helpful, congrats to the person who hired them! Cleaning personal, receptionists, barmen, waiters, waitresses, every single one of them was kind!!! The water was a bit all over the place in the bathroom after the shower, but I did not care, because everything was perfect.
I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and would rate it 8 out of 10. The staff were absolutely wonderful – friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, which really made a difference. There were a couple of things that could be improved. The air conditioning in our room stopped cooling during the night, which made the room quite warm and affected our sleep. Additionally, the pool area had a slightly unpleasant smell, similar to a drain odor, which wasn’t ideal. Despite these issues, the overall experience was very positive, largely thanks to the excellent service from the staff. I would still recommend this hotel.
We loved staying at Cloud One. It was a great location and all the facilities were just what we needed.
I preferred the view from the room on a previous stay in 3.01 out the front, compared to out the back this time. However very good spacious room in 1.24 . I learned about The Cloud One from previous promotion as I frequently stayed at Motel One Dublin On another Note for your information: there seems to be a software bug when Check-in online, as the interface re reservations in subsequently not updated when just checked in
Great stay at the hotel! Enthusiastic and friendly staff. Varied and hearty breakfast buffet. Comfortable and clean rooms. No coffee machine in the room. Strongly recommend!
How many times I have stayed at Motel One I dont remember, maybe over 100 nights, this is the first time I have experienced Cloud One. One word is enough: EXCELLENT!
Fabulous stay, exceptional staff and a perfect room. The lobby and rooftop were both fabulous and perfectly peaceful for remote work - thank you. I was so impressed and would love to stay at this hotel again.
Too bad there wasn't even a bottle of water at the room when I arrived. Not the biggest choice for breakfast, food is good quality, but not too much to choose from. Hotel is brand new, rooms are clean, staff is friendly.
Dear Cloud One Lisbon Team, We recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel from 30 May to 5 June in Room 304, and we would like to share some feedback about our experience. First of all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful, very clean, stylishly designed, and extremely comfortable. We felt very welcome throughout our visit and truly appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel. We would gladly recommend The Cloud One Lisbon to friends and family and would be happy to stay with you again in the future. As we enjoyed our stay so much, we would also like to share a few suggestions that might further enhance the guest experience. Room * Additional storage space in the bathroom would be very helpful. The area underneath the sink is not particularly practical for daily-use items. A small shelf or some extra surface space beside the sink would make it much easier for guests to organize their personal belongings. * A few more hooks in the bathroom would be appreciated, for example for toiletry bags, wash bags, or other personal items. * We found it very difficult to use the shower without water spreading across a large part of the bathroom floor. We tried several approaches during our stay, but unfortunately it seemed impossible to prevent the floor from becoming quite wet after showering. Sauna and Pool Area * A small shelf or storage area for glasses directly outside the sauna would be very convenient. * Slightly dimmer lighting inside the sauna could create a more relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. * A clock in the pool and wellness area would be helpful for guests. * A water bucket with a subtle sauna fragrance would add a nice touch to the sauna experience. Please understand these comments as friendly suggestions from guests who genuinely enjoyed their stay and would love to see an already excellent hotel become even better. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality. We look forward to visiting The Cloud One Lisbon again in the future. Kind regards
We loved our stay. Hotel is new and modern and staff is wonderful. Location is practical and metro literally one minute by walk is just great.
A foldable suitcase holder would have been practical. Software bug: when checking in online, the corresponding reservation item in the App did not update and still displays the Check-in button. Top quality refreshing craft wheat beer at the Bar :-) And I had a swim in the pool before brunch today :-) Great calming and agreeable background music, at the pool, orange slices, water, beautiful towels, rest area, showers, secure lockers for valuables,.. - I cannot emphasize and praise more! Love-it, Tops!!
Beautiful, spotless new property. Great location. Interiors are in sync with the adjacent modern art Park w/soft on the eyes furnishings that are contemporary, plush, comfortable. The staff is warm, welcoming with professional service standards. (Mauro, Diogo, Prince, Raquel, Alessandra)— all wonderful! We had excellent Breakfast and Dinner on site at Sazanol. Our room w/ terrace was fantastic inside and out. We were on a 2 day lay over. First time trying this brand. Loved it! We are sold! Loved everything about this Lisboa Cloud One hotel. 100% recommend +++ Will return. Thank you!
The staff at Motel One Lisbon made me feel truly special during my stay. Their kindness, attention, and care were exceptional. As a member, I really appreciated the warm and personal service. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
Staff were lovely and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we have nothing but good feedback. The pool and sauna were extremely relaxing and clean. We will definitely be back if we're in Lisbon!
I had a very positive stay at the Cloud One Hotel in Lisbon. The staff were extremely friendly, and the lobby, food, and breakfast were all fantastic. My only suggestion would be regarding the bathroom. Water tends to spill onto the floor outside the shower area because there is no barrier to keep it contained, making the floor quite wet after showering.
The staff was extremely kind, friendly and helpful.
Great property. The room got warm in the middle of the night but I was able to find a way to operate the air conditioning.
Very nice hotel - delivered on all areas!!
Fabio at reception was great!!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Cloud One. The hotel is housed in a cool building and the rooms are very comfortable and well designed. The hotel is conveniently located right around the corner from Sao Sebastiano station. From there you have a direct connection to both the airport and the old town. You can also choose to stick around as the area around the hotel features quite a few excellent coffee shops and restaurants. Flavio and his team went out of their way to make sure we had a great time and helped with everything from dinner reservations to a road trip itinerary. They definitely rank among the friendliest teams I have encountered during my travels! Thomas & Danny

Tile-tastic Lisbon
The artist studio Pedrita has conjured up something special on the wall of our courtyard at The Cloud One Lisbon:
Traditional Portuguese tile art – given a modern, pixelated twist. Why not pop round to the ‘Beautiful Stranger’ for a drink…
Our lifestyle hotel in detail: comfortable rooms, a rooftop bar and excellent services
Choosing the right hotel is crucial for the perfect getaway. That’s why, in addition to a prime location close to the city center, finding a hotel with a modern design is key. Our The Cloud One Lisbon offers both.
Rooms designed with attention to detail, a bar with a fantastic view over the rooftops of Lisbon and a delicious, regional breakfast are all to be found at our Lisbon design hotel. The hotel facilities guarantee a great stay in the center of the city with modern rooms, some of which even have a private balcony. And the many hours of sunshine in the city are best enjoyed at our rooftop bar with great views over the city.
There’s also super-fast wifi, a 24-hour reception, free luggage storage and hypoallergenic pillows and duvets – these are just some of the amenities that will ensure you have a comfortable stay in Lisbon. And if all that wasn’t enough, the hotel is in a fantastic location near the city center.
The hotel also enables you to simply and comfortably hold meetings or organize business trips.
Another hotel highlight and a top recommendation is The Cloud One shop, filled with lovingly selected local products. Travelling with your four-legged friend? No problem – the hotel is not only child-friendly, but also particularly welcoming to animals. But our absolute favorite feature: the hotel’s pool and sauna! Want to go for a swim after enjoying dinner in the hotel’s restaurant? That’s no problem at The Cloud One Hotel.
