New hotel in a very good location, Gulbenkian and metro very close by. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast in a beautiful setting, also with an outdoor terrace. Very nice rooftop bar for a classy sundowner.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious. Breakfast was excellent with a large choice. The staff were the main highlight of the hotel. They were charming, friendly and very helpful indeed and made us feel very welcome. If we return to Lisbon we will stay here again. Constructive criticism: the glass wall between the shower and the rest of the bathroom is not wide enough so that the floor always gets wet when you shower, no matter how much care you take.
