Your preferred The Cloud One hotel can be booked on the-cloud-one.com or by phoning the hotel directly. You can also conveniently book on the go with your smartphone via our mobile portal and our app.

Can I also book on the-cloud-one.com without a credit card?
Yes, but your room will then only be kept available for you until 6 pm on the day of arrival. If you book without a credit card, room reservations cannot be guaranteed if you arrive after 6 pm. Do you already know that you won’t be arriving until after 6 pm? Then it is best to provide your credit card details when you make your booking. The card will not be charged, and you will be able to choose the payment method when you arrive.

When do I need a credit card to make a booking?
A credit card is required for a flexible arrival time after 6 pm and during trade fair and event periods. This guarantees your booking and ensures that your selected room is reserved for you.

How can I make group reservations?
For group reservations, simply make an inquiry using our contact form or give us a call. For group bookings for several hotels, all you need to do is contact a The Cloud One hotel of your choice. We will then sort out the reservations for you across all the hotels.

What types of reservations are there on the-cloud-one.com?
If you book with a credit card, you have a guaranteed reservation and you can arrive after 6 pm and through the night. If you book without a credit card, your room will only be reserved until 6 pm and then released for other guests.

Yes, booking with us is secure – especially your credit card information and personal details. We ensure this by using a secure https server. All booking information is SSL-encrypted and is processed in a secure environment.

How much does an overnight stay cost for children?
One child under the age of 6 may stay in their parents’ room free of charge – breakfast is included. One child aged between 7 and 12 can also stay in a room with one adult for free – or, if an additional bed is permitted, with two adults. Breakfast is charged extra.
Please note that some The Cloud One hotels do not allow an extra bed in the rooms due to fire safety reasons. Please feel free to contact us about this.
Are you booking for a family with two or more children? Depending on the hotel, we can offer you special rates. Feel free to inquire about family rooms at your chosen The Cloud One hotel.

Log in to beOne and click ‘beOne profile’. From there, you can enter the partner code in the ‘Partner code’ tab. Click on the box at the top left to display the line for entering the code and then click on the ‘Save’ button.

If a credit card is already saved there, please delete its details first and save the changes. Only then can the new card be saved. Note: only one credit card can be saved in your profile at a time.

How can I redeem the free breakfast offer that comes with my beOne registration?

If you have booked your room via beOne and are leaving on a Sunday, you can use our late check-out until 3 pm, subject to availability.
The late check-out will be offered to you when you check in. You are welcome to ask our hotel team about it at any time.

You can redeem your breakfast voucher online when booking any The Cloud One or Motel One hotel. The voucher for the Welcome Water is only valid for the respective stay and can therefore only be redeemed in your selected The Cloud One or Motel One location.

What is beConnected?
beConnected is a permanent and free benefit for beOne members available at our hotels in Europe.
As a beOne member, you can permanently register for The Cloud One hotels wifi with your device by entering your beOne login data when registering for wifi in a The Cloud One hotel. This means that the next time you stay at this or any other The Cloud One hotel, your device will automatically connect to the wifi.
This permanent wifi login option may be used for a maximum of three devices (e.g. smartphone, tablet, laptop) per person.

When can I connect to the wifi with beConnected*?
Every guest who starts the wifi login process during their stay will be directed to a wifi landing page via the browser on their device. On this page, as a beOne member, you can choose between the one-time wifi login and the permanent beConnected wifi. If you select the latter, you will need to enter your beOne login details (email address and password) and accept the terms and conditions. After successfully logging in, your device will automatically connect to the wifi for this and all future stays in our hotels in Europe.

How do I disconnect from the beConnected* wifi?
As a beOne member, you can disconnect your devices from beConnected* at any time via the settings under ‘Profile settings -> Access management’. Afterwards, you can re-connect one or more devices at any time.

Yes, please mention that you will be bringing your dog when you make your booking. In New York, dogs are charged at $30 per night.

For non-guaranteed bookings, you can simply pay when you check in: in cash, by credit card or EC card, or with Google Pay or Apple Pay.
For online bookings where payment is part of the booking process, you can choose between paying by credit card, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

You can change any reservations you have made on <a href="t3://page?uid=32971">the-cloud-one.com</a> and in our app under your profile. Don’t have a user profile with us yet? You can register for free. You can also cancel an existing booking via the link in your booking confirmation.

What is the cancellation policy at The Cloud One hotels?
Reservations made without a credit card expire after 6 pm on the day of arrival. They do not have to be cancelled. Bookings made with a credit card can be cancelled up until 6 pm on the day of arrival. We charge 90% of the total price of your booking for late cancellations. For bookings during event and trade fair periods, a cancellation period of 14 days before arrival (6 pm) applies.
Cancellations can be cancelled by providing the booking number.
