- The vouchers let the recipient choose the destination. Our vouchers are equally valid for overnight stays and food and beverage services in Motel One and The Cloud One Hotels.
- Fill out the greeting card
- Add the voucher to the shopping basket
- Pay by credit card or PayPal
- Check your email inbox and print voucher

How to redeem your gift voucher?
Simply present your voucher at check-in at the hotel you have booked. Vouchers cannot be redeemed during the online booking process. If you would like to redeem a gift voucher, please enter the details in the field ‘Your comments for the hotel’ during the online booking process and then bring the voucher to present when you check in.
