Great service. Amazing bar, and overall a great place to stay.
Good morning, The service is excellent, just a quick note regarding the fact that I asked for the invoice and you told that it was not possible because the reservation was made by another company, but I did the payment. I hope next time it will be possible to have the invoice for the payment.
The hotel is very centrally located, has modern furnishings, is very clean, and offers great service.

The whole group of 11 persons where very positive about the hotel! It was mentioned that a trash can where missing in the rooms. The bathroom had cans. 3 of a total of 11 have experienced bug sticks in 2 different rooms.
The hotel was amazing, we had such a nice stay and we will highly recommend it to our friends and other people. I would like to see some fired eggs at breakfast and conditioner in the bathroom/ room. Also I believe your AI video of the room is underrated. The room is more beautiful than in the video.
The Cloud One Gdansk was advertised as a two star hotel. If I didn't know in advance, I would've guessed it's a 4 star hotel easily. The building is new, everything was clean and looking good, our room 669 was AMAZING for the price (only downside was the lack of a small fridge, but you can't always get everything so that's OK). If/when I travel to Gdansk again, I will absolutely choose your hotel again!
Affordable and comfortable
Everything was as we expected, not first time in this hotel. Fully recommended. There is only one thing that could be improved, mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cool.
The online check-in feature is rather pointless - I still wasn't able to collect my room key through it as advertised, and had to wait in a long queue because only one person was staffing reception. Once I got to the room, though, things improved. It was clean and perfectly adequate, though a couple of small things felt a bit stingy: water bottles weren't replenished daily (Motel One members get an extra one though) and the air conditioning wasn't very effective, though at least the windows opened. The room itself was dead quiet, fully soundproofed and facing an internal courtyard, so noise was never an issue. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is a great - everything you need is within walking distance, and taxis/Ubers stop just a minute's walk away (the street's pedestrianised). Overall: great location and a comfortable, quiet room, let down a bit by an inefficient check-in process.
The hotel was very good. A perfekt place for tourist i the middele of the town. The personal was very friendly and kind. We give the hotel 10 points !
Kind of sliw check in. And the online check in didnt make any difference at all. I did it and my friend didnt. Exactly the sane prosidure for both if us. Would have been nice with a waterkettle and some instant coffea in the rooms.
Broken AC in our room. Even at 12 degrees it would not deliver any cold. Prices in the bar is hight above street price. Otherwise an excellent hotel :)
It was a great stay at your hotel. All employees were very kind and helpful. The room were all tidy and nice. Only thing to mention in a slightly negative way was the Bar. The Cocktails and Longdrinks had a medium quality. Some ingredients were also not available.
Our Stay at the Cloud One was Great! The staff is friendly, the location of the hotel is super, very good value for money! Will come again!

We had a great experience! The service was impeccable, as were the room cleaning services and the bar services. The Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. We were also kindly upgraded to a beautiful rom for a special occasion we were celebrating, wich made our stay even more memorable. Thank you.
Check and check out was too slow. Not enough staff as I needed a receipt, so I could not check out without a person. A kettle in the room would be good, although the bar did provide a cup of hot water on request. When I asked whether there was a kettle in the room at reception, it would be helpful for the reception to offer hot water from the bar.
Maybe some small things like missing garbage bin in room is reason why not 10 points

Great location. Nice competent workers at the front desk, restaurant, and the housekeepers. Rooms could be easily improved with a mini-fridge. More storage would be helpful. Breakfast could be improved with toasted vegetables and a way to warm the pancakes and waffles.
Great location. Quiet although in a busy street. Tea and coffee facilities in room would have been nice touch.
We stayed for three nights a few days ago; it is a beautiful, welcoming hotel with an excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and a lovely, clean, and cozy room. A highlight is the bar, where you can relax and spend a pleasant few hours.
All is perfect, but it could be in the room: Tea/coffee machine Fridge I was missing them a lot :)

The breakfast area is too small compared to the size of the hotel. I’m not complaining about having to wait in line at the buffet, but we couldn’t sit down at an empty table because there wasn’t much space—there were only tables for two, which weren’t comfortable for three people. The breakfast selection and variety, based on my travels so far, deserves a rating of nearly excellent. Otherwise, everything was positive during our stay there; I recommend the hotel. Everything is very nice in your hotels, but having breakfast at low tables, sitting on armchairs and sofas is not cool, it's an annoyance.
We stayed for 4 nights and our room was not properly cleaned on any morning despite me speaking with the cleaner. Used cups of coffee, drinking water cans or waste bins were not dealt with. Only the bed made, bathroom towels replaced. A most disappointing experience.
The hotel has a fantastic location, making it very convenient for exploring Gdańsk. Our room was exceptionally spacious, clean and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. Unfortunately, the décor wasn’t really to our taste and felt a little underwhelming compared with the otherwise good standard of the hotel. That said, everything was clean and well maintained, and the comfortable room and excellent location were definite positives. Overall, a good choice if you’re looking for a spacious, clean and comfortable stay in a great location in Gdańsk.

Fabulous hotel, very warmly welcomed. Only let down by the lack of seating space at breakfast. Was chaotic to say the least every morning to the point I ate out on my last day. A real shame as food quality was excellent.
Modern hotel in the heart of the old town. Excellent location, modern, big rooms, cleanliness, flexible and nice staff. Wide range of selection for breakfast from local farmers with many healthy options.
Everything was great. The style and beautiful lobby make the overall experience even better. The value for money could perhaps have been a bit better, but I think that during those days with St. Dominic's Fair, prices are higher everywhere. The reception staff are very nice, although a extra greeting when coming in or leaving wouldn't hurt ;)

Very positive experience overall. Nice room, lovely bar/lounge downstairs, excellent location. Minor improvement: Add a dustbin to the hotel room - now the only one was in the bathroom.
Great location, and they delivered on my request for a room in a quiet position - we had a lovely room on the top floor facing the courtyard, and I had a great nights sleep in a very comfy bed. Breakfast was good, but far too busy and chaotic, especially on our first day. Seemed a bit like style was overriding practicality. The buffet area was very crowded, and we ended up having to sit at the bar to eat. Maybe extend the hours to avoid the 9am rush? Staff were helpful and friendly.

Everything was perfect, probably only negative would be ac blowing on you when step out of shower, and water pressure in it.
I am always pleased with my room, housekeeping, and most services provided. However, as a woman traveling alone, I was very surprised by one experience I had at reception. I had left my room key in my room, and when I came back to the hotel, I went to reception and asked for a replacement key. A young male receptionist with whom I had not had any previous interaction was assisting me. He asked for my room number and made me a new card. This made me feel quite uncomfortable, because he did not ask for my name or any identification. Would he have given anyone a key to any room if they just gave him a room number? Would someone else have been given a key to MY room if they just gave the room number? I would have preferred if he asked for AT LEAST my name, and preferably some form of identification with my name on it, Other than this one experience, everything else was wonderful during my stay. One small improvement to the room would be to have a rubbish bin/wastepaper basket in the actual room, not just the bathroom.

Great location at the centre of old town. Many restaurants and bars just outside the hotel. Very nice spacious rooms with AC in rooms which is nice during summer. Despite being in the centre very quiet. Affordable, great breakfast with everything you would expect. Nice bar and lounge. I would book this again if going back to Gdansk.
The breakfast room was very crowded. There were some mornings when you couldn't sit down to have breakfast! It would be worth placing more tables during the summer, which is busier!
