Gerat service, good rooms, great breakfast, location perfect.
Great location at the centre of old town. Many restaurants and bars just outside the hotel. Very nice spacious rooms with AC in rooms which is nice during summer. Despite being in the centre very quiet. Affordable, great breakfast with everything you would expect. Nice bar and lounge. I would book this again if going back to Gdansk.
The breakfast room was very crowded. There were some mornings when you couldn't sit down to have breakfast! It would be worth placing more tables during the summer, which is busier!

Your hotel was as advertised, modern, well managed. The staff were helpful and polite when ever engaged. This hotel was ideally place for sight seeing in the lovely city of Gdańsk ..
Excellent location for exploring Gdansk. Room was great with air con and breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Will definitely be back.
The hotel has an excellent location, right in the heart of the city center and within walking distance of all the main attractions. I also appreciated being able to leave the luggage at the hotel after checking out, which made departure much more convenient. The only thing I missed was access to on-demand streaming services like Netflix on the TV.
All clean and all good. Friendly staff, felt welcome from day one.

The hotel is nice and clean. It has a good lobby area and a great location. The room was relatively basic, reminiscent of most chain hotels. No tea / coffee facilities or face cloth. My room looked onto the other block of the hotel with no view and somewhat oppressive. Staff were helpful when approached.

As always with Cloud your staff were friendly and efficient. There was one notable exception and I complained by email regarding an incident in your bar. I received an unsatisfactory response from Mateusz Moskwa, who was probably the man whose actions I was complaining about. That my concerns remain properly addressed lingers with me. Warm words do not obviate the facts.
A lovely hotel in a good location. Staff excellent and friendly. The only negative is the lack of chilled water. If you don’t want to put a fridge in each room then have 1 per floor. Warm cans of water let you down.
Such a nice environment! Clean, cool and very polite staff! Also the location is perfect. I look forward to staying again at the Cloud One when I am again in Gdansk.
Very relaxing hotel and staff where very friendly
overall good, especially the lobby and the bar had very nice decor but there were many small annoyances in the room itself: - bathroom door opens the wrong way - opening into a wall instead of the room - mirror not heated - fogged after showering - shower head leaked - 3 lamps in the room that are not controllable from bedside switches - need to turn them off individually - very poor cellular reception - low quality shampoo - similar to washing my hair with soap At the same time the price wasnt that good

Lovely clean modern hotel located in close proxemity to all major tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I've stayed in many Motel One/Cloud One hotels in Europe. The only suggestion I could make here for improvement is the colour scheme in the bedroom, the carpet is very dark and walls grey. I prefer a warmer and more cheerful colour scheme but thats a personal preference. Overall, very happy with my stay and would return.
Check in was easy & quick with friendly staff. A kettle in the room would’ve been a nice touch. Nice selection of drink’s from the bar. Night bar staff could try & smile !!

Love the hotel very much and stay for 2 times already. I think the room should have the mini bar refrigerator, it will be way much better.
Room was big, clean and confortable. Excellent location on the city center with plenty of restaurants/bars/stores. Nice staff and beautiful bar at the reception.
Room temperature 18-19 degrees due to ongoing cooling which could not be switched off. Technician confirmed that AC was working and switched off but that central cooling could not be switched off individually. I got really sick during my stay, same for other colleagues. The small radiators provided by the reception to heat the room did not help. I was just freezing constantly and still have a flu today.
Amazing stay. Big spacey rooms. Comfortable beds. Great bathroom. Only thing I was missing were a mini fridge to keeps drinks cold during the heatwave we had. I actually lost a keycard somehow, but the staff were kind enough to just make a new one free of charge. Very appreciated.

Very very good location, and the lobby and bar were both excellent! Overall, we had a great stay. The only two things that could be improved are the lighting in the room, which was quite dim and made it difficult to see at night, and the lack of a refrigerator. It would have been nice to have a fridge to keep water and other drinks cold.
I really enjoyed my stay at this Hotel, staff was great and friendly. Rooms very larger then expected and very nice. Hotel lobby and bar area where really nice. Great breakfast but I would have liked a more conventional breakfast seating.

Breakfast was good, but little expensive compared to other venues in Danzig. For that price I expect a little more amenities like a gym.
Lovely Hotel very close to everything. Liked the fact the Hotel Bar was used and had a good atmosphere. Bedroom good size. Could do with a drawer for clothes

I was staying on 1st floor and there was some maintainance work happening on the 2nd (I guess) floor - the drill sound bothered my sleep. I was also confused that the cleaning lady opened my door at 11:30, when check out was 12:00 and that made me unconfortable as I was changing clothes at the moment. Other than that everything was great! Confortable bed, nice details, clean, great food, nice staff. Would definetly stay again.

Slow incheckning procedure, poor offering of glutenfree products
Everything was fine except the breakfast facilities. Not only were they much too small but also poorly organized. Like having two spots where you could find scrambled eggs and bread but no plates, knives or butter at one of them. And butter/margerine right in front of the bacon and scrambled eggs at the other spot creating a lot if unnecessary waiting.
Perfect Hotel! Perfect location!
I didn’t like that all the single rooms face a dismal dark courtyard. I tried to upgrade, but I was told that nothing was available. Typically I wouldn’t have minded, although I was staying for 5 nights. I also booked directly with the hotel and not Booking.com. There’s no indication that rooms face the courtyard on your website, although I did an AI search after arriving which did indicate all single room face the courtyard.
There’s no small fridge in the room . There’s no opportunity to watch YouTube . The rest is pretty nice !

The hotel is excellent
No water refill just at the beginning, no refrigerator, no possibility to make some instant coffee inside the room , limited hygiene products
The hotel was faultless - beautifully designed, extremely well run, and the staff were very efficient. As a lone female traveller I felt very safe.
The hotel was modern, clean, and in a perfect location for exploring Gdańsk. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and overall we had a fantastic stay, definitely a 10/10 experience!
