Cozy and good vibes :)
My wife and I came here on a whim to celebrate our 10 year wedding adversary. We were pleasantly surprised at our room view and the amazing terrace bar. The bartenders were very friendly and the drinks were top notch. Location is perfect, spent the day bar hopping around the financial district site seeing. We will definitely be back!
Thank you for upgrading me to a room with a desk. It was comfortable. Please offer replenished free water. I did not feel comfortable going to the bar for one water allotment as I swear the hotel was full of stag parties. The staff was very kind. But it would be helpful if you had basic toiletries available. I needed a tampon unexpectedly on Sunday and the nearest shop was 15 minutes walk away. Also, please put conditioner in the shower. With long curly hair it’s a huge mess to wash my hair and not have conditioner. Thank you.
The new interior design is very cold, and there is no reference to Vienna left, which is a pity. Especially the reception area and the bar area were much nicer before. Breakfast is more than overpriced at 25 euros: canned fruits, no Oesterreichischer Schinken, no Oesterreichischer Kren, no Oesterreichischer Kaese, two sorts of post-mix juice, long queues at one (!) coffee machine. Staff does not care about leftovers at tables or on the floor ( I am talking Monday morning, not a Saturday or Sunday) I witnessed how a woman was charged the full 25 euros two minutes before official breakfast time was over, and how she was told that everything would be gone in two minutes, so she better grabs what she can. Wow. Also - I saw several guests who wanted a coffee to go and where told to go to Aida. Hmmm...
Two suggestions: 1. Have a small table for a surface area to place personal toiletries in the bathroom. 2. Have hand wash cloths in the bathroom
Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Very convenient location with access to subway, restaurants, & shopping. Clean & updated with a great little restaurant.
This was a great location, nice modern rooms and the 6th floor lounge was very comfortable. No ice machine from what we saw. A water station is needed for filling bottles.

The rooms are very small, the staff are a bit sullen, and the smell in the hallway is quite unpleasant; the prices could perhaps be adjusted to reflect this. Apart from that, we loved everything—the hotel was excellent.
A small handle at the wall beside the toilet would facilitate getting back up again from the Portuguese slightly lower seat.
Fancy hotel, in particular the bar at the 14th floor. However, the room was a little bit small.

We had a great experience! The service was impeccable, as were the room cleaning services and the bar services. The Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. We were also kindly upgraded to a beautiful rom for a special occasion we were celebrating, wich made our stay even more memorable. Thank you.
Great location, courteous staff & clean rooms-deli was a welcome retreat, though the 6th floor bar seemed limited with drink options & also not fully covered by bar staff. Little details can make a huge difference-overall a lovely stay.

friendly, clean, comfortable, roof bar v nice. Would have been nice to have a decent sized glass in the room to drink the water you gave us (we got one from the bar) - would be good to get a bottle of water each day (we asked on day 2 but it was a no). Breakfast a little pricey and hard to find a table for 4 people.
The location was amazing, the room was nice but pretty average. Staff could be more friendly, food was expensive for the quality presented. Not many facilities

Location is great. Outside a bit dirty streets. Front desk service not polite. Front desk staff feels tired of everything. Room with a view was great.
The overall experience was very nice. The room is well-equipped. Everything is working properly. I really like the welcome ambient sound and image played on the TV in the room. They are very soothing and relaxing. The location is also great. The only small imperfection is that the noise of the AC is a little bit loud.
Check and check out was too slow. Not enough staff as I needed a receipt, so I could not check out without a person. A kettle in the room would be good, although the bar did provide a cup of hot water on request. When I asked whether there was a kettle in the room at reception, it would be helpful for the reception to offer hot water from the bar.
I had a really great stay – everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional, while also being discreet and never intrusive, which is exactly how hotel service should be. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of a restaurant, but I really appreciated the complimentary coffee and drinks available in the lobby. It’s such a nice touch to be able to grab a coffee to go and head out into the city for a day of sightseeing. I think Motel One should seriously consider making this a permanent feature across its hotels. It’s a small gesture, but it makes a real difference – having a coffee to take with you as you leave the hotel is a lovely way to start the day.
Maybe some small things like missing garbage bin in room is reason why not 10 points

really enjoyed our stay, and loved the modern/ historic mix..cool music and relaxed vibe. Return for sure..! (ps bathroom drains need some attention I'd say..) 10/10
Great location. Nice competent workers at the front desk, restaurant, and the housekeepers. Rooms could be easily improved with a mini-fridge. More storage would be helpful. Breakfast could be improved with toasted vegetables and a way to warm the pancakes and waffles.
Nice hotel. I don't feel big difference between Motel One and The Cloud One. I expected The cloud one is premium brand.
I would appreciate a water kettle and some tea bags. I heard bad reviews about the bar so I didn't go.

Quarto com boas condições e boa limpeza. Bom ar condicionado e boas almofadas. Podiam oferecer água como um complimentary gift. Pequeno almoço muito fraco. Fui às 10:30 e já nem pão havia e tive de pedir à funcionária para me vir atender porque estive bastante tempo à espera e ninguém me foi sentar e perguntar o número do quarto. Quase em agosto, a piscina estava encerrada, sem qualquer aviso prévio

Acabámos de ficar pela segunda vez no Hotel Cloud One e a experiência voltou a ser excelente. Quando regressamos a um hotel é porque realmente gostámos da primeira estadia, e desta vez voltou a superar as nossas expectativas. A limpeza é impecável e nota-se o cuidado em todos os detalhes. Os quartos são muito confortáveis e têm tudo o que é preciso para uma estadia tranquila. Outro aspeto que merece destaque é a simpatia de toda a equipa. Desde o check-in ao pequeno-almoço, fomos sempre recebidos com um sorriso e uma enorme disponibilidade para ajudar. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom, com bastante variedade e produtos de qualidade. As áreas comuns são modernas, muito agradáveis e sempre bem cuidadas. A localização também é excelente, permitindo chegar facilmente aos principais pontos de interesse da cidade, o que torna a estadia ainda mais prática. Sem dúvida que continuaremos a voltar sempre que visitarmos a cidade. Recomendamos este hotel sem qualquer hesitação.

O hotel parece novo mas para ser considerado deixa um pouco a desejar, como não ter água nos quartos, a cama de casal não estava feita e tinha dois edredones separados e não havia local para ligar os telemóveis com fichas usb sequer. A porta da receção a noite ter abrir com chave parece que estávamos num motel. Além disso o quarto era agradável mas a casa de banho era muito simples e pouco confortável.

Extras caros. AC não controlável no quarto 219. Quarto sem telefone. Staff muito profissional e muito simpático ! Quarto muito agradável ! Rooftop com vistas magníficas !!! Gostamos muito de ficar no hotel !!!
Hotel recente e muito confortável. Staff simpático e disponível, pequeno almoço muito bom. Ideal para descansar, no centro de Lisboa. Piscina interior com ambiente tranquilo.
Gostei muito do hotel. Todo o staff super simpático. Quarto e restantes áreas muito confortáveis. Restaurante com bom nível, embora preço do vinho um pouco elevado. Bom pequeno almoço. A melhorar: algumas mesas do restaurante têm demasiada luz (2 focos apontados para a mesa) o que as torna desagradáveis ou impossíveis de escolher.
A única crítica que fazemos é que não havia Frigobar no quarto, o que nos obrigava a termos que nos deslocar à recepção para dispor de uma simples garrafa de água e igualmente menos agradável revelou-se o facto de não haver forma de fazer um café ou um chá no quarto.

O quarto definitivamente é para 1 pessoa . Viajo sozinha então estava perfeito para 1 pessoa .
Excelente hotel! Acomodação confortável e moderna! Café da manhã com muita variedade de comida! Excelente localização, ao lado da estação central de trem (apenas atravessar a rua e já está lá) o que facilita muito a locomoção. Funcionários muito prestativos e simpáticos! Posso dizer que foi o melhor hotel que já me hospedei! Parabéns! Recomendo!
