GREAT HOTEL
Hotel is excellent. The surrounding of the hotel is less pleasant, especially at night. The hotel is situated on the edge of an area where there are a LOT of drug addicts and homeless people are, the "bahnhofsviertel"; a place best to avoid after dark
The hotel was well-located, within walking distance of the exhibition halls, the central station, and a large parking garage. Personally, I found the cost of the stay very high; considering the room, breakfast, and facilities, the quality didn't quite measure up. In my view, the price did not align with expectations. While the shower floor had a non-slip coating, the rest of the bathroom floor was extremely slippery and dangerous. The TV lacked smart features, so Netflix or streaming wasn't an option. The breakfast was good but not particularly extensive—unlike what you might expect at other Dutch hotels charging around €150 a night. Although hotel staff likely have little to no control over this, there were many homeless people and drug users around the hotel and station who would approach you and ask for money, creating an intimidating atmosphere. In short: there isn't much wrong with the hotel itself, but it lacks a certain polish, and the room rate doesn't quite match the overall experience. Apologies for this critical feedback, but you did ask for it, after all
Very convenient to the train station yet very modern and clean--and an excellent value.
The staff were kind and welcoming, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy. I was very happy with my stay.

An oasis in the middle of a very difficult neighbourhood near the Frankfurt hbf. Very clean, great lobby, good beds, efficient air conditioning, friendly staff, quality breakfast. If you want to improve - do something about the neighborhood and install Japanese toilets.
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, i really enjoyed my stay and would come again!
Overall good, the step to bathroom is dangerous though, Overall it seemed to me there is some strong desinfection odour everywhere.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Good AC. Negative is that rooms have no refrigerator and no water is offered which was better with previous owners.
Beautifully renovated elegant hotel with friendly, helpful and very kind reception, bar and cleaning staff. Only one lift was in operation, which led to waiting times. The hotel is located in the worst neighborhood in all of Frankfurt with numerous prostitutes, drug dealers, emaciated fixers and alcoholics noisily carrying on with their dysfunctional lives a stones’ throw from the hotel. Because of this, it’s difficult to recommend the Cloud One and neighboring Motel One to other travelers. However, the location just across the street from the main train station is unbeatable.

Great experience overall. Especially Fayaz who was very accommodating. I think the lank of water in the gym and in the room is a bit of a problem.
Room - eventually - was good, and overall quality of the hotel is still good. That's why I came and will com again. BUT: This time check-in did not work!! I checked in online and was not able to leave a comment about my favourite room type, which by now should be marked in the system. So I tried to change it with - seemingly - friendly staff when collecting the key. Staff told me there's a room to my liking available, but as cleaning is still in progress I'd have to wait. Not problem: I stored my luggage, went out to meetings and came back 4 hours later ..... only to find out that absolutely nothing had happened: the new staff presented me EXACTLY the same room which I was offered 4 hours earlier, and the - at that point passively aggressive and formalistic - staff only very reluctantly changed it. Apparently earlier staff failed to communicate effectively what to do. Overall I spent more than an hour standing in line having to argue with unnerved and passive aggressive and formalistic staff. NOT GOOD!
The stay itself was very comfortable, and the room and breakfast were excellent. Unfortunately, my experience with the service was disappointing and left me feeling unwelcome. I checked in with a colleague, who was immediately offered a complimentary bottle of water, while I was told to collect mine from the bar later. When I eventually went to the bar, I had forgotten the voucher card required to redeem the bottle. After showing my room card, the bartender repeatedly insisted that the bottle of water was not free and that complimentary water was only available to hotel members. Even after I explained that I was a member and that the complimentary bottle was included in my stay, he continued to insist otherwise before eventually providing it. What troubled me was not the requirement to present the voucher, I have no issue with that. Rather, it was the assumption that I was not entitled to the benefit. The bartender could simply have explained that the voucher was required and asked me to return with it. Instead, he repeatedly told me that I needed to be a member and that the bottle was not complimentary, despite the fact that I was entitled to it. I was staying with a colleague who is German and was treated differently from the outset. As a brown guest, this difference in treatment made me question whether assumptions were being made about me based on my appearance. I cannot know the bartender’s intentions, but the interaction left me feeling singled out and unwelcome, and it felt discriminatory. In addition, the TV Wi-Fi was not working during my stay, and I did not receive any meaningful assistance from reception regarding the issue. My company’s headquarters are in Frankfurt, so I travel there frequently and expect to make many hotel bookings in the future. That makes this experience particularly disappointing. While the room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, the service experience has made me much more reluctant to choose Cloud One for future stays.
Really comfortable bed, big room and soothing atmosphere. It was very quiet and the walls are painted in calming greens.
Disappointing experience. The hotel attached a luggage tag to our suitcase but never gave us the matching receipt. When we returned, the staff asked for the receipt they had failed to provide. Only after I asked them to bring the suitcase and showed that the receipt was still attached to the luggage tag was I able to collect my luggage. One receptionist who spoke Turkish explicitly stated that he would not help us with the issue, which was particularly disappointing. In addition, despite a nearby police station, there were many homeless people around the hotel and loud shouting during the night. Poor organization and customer service overall.

Very exciting, newly rennovated classice hotel has all the appointments of classic luxury. And only a few steps from the main train station in Frankfurt. There is a big however, though. As the hotel is next to the train station, all the seedy low-life druggies and drunks are all around the area and holler and carry on all night long.
The rooms are very comfortable and quiet (at least my room), even the surrounding may not be a quiet one
Steam Iron was not good condition and water leaking from the Iron when it was heated.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The One Cloud Frankfurt. The staff at Reception were friendly and helpful and made my time at the hotel very special. My room was extremely comfortable with everything I needed. The breakfast was just right with a good variety of choices. I will recommend it to my Travel Agent as one of the best hotels I have stayed at that is so good and so convenient.

Super convenient since it's right across the train station. I wished there was a ramp in the main entrance so people wouldn't have to drag their heavy luggage across the steps. There must be a ramp available somewhere, but it's not in the main entrance.
Overall I had a nice stay at the hotel. I liked the interior style, the room was nice and spacious. I would have liked a minibar in the room. Also the temperature in the room was very hot, I had to open the windows at all time which wasn’t so nice because of the noise outside. The hotel itself was nice, the reason why I would not recommend is due to the location. As soon as you walk out there are homeless people laying around, drunk people, drug abuse. You hear people yelling the entire evening/night just outside. This really affected my stay and thus would not recommend.
A really enjoyable stay at the Cloud One Frankfurt Metropolitan - I really felt welcome as a guest, staff at reception were very friendly and assistance. Looking forward to being a guest by the next visit in Frankfurt or elswhere in your hotel
Great hotel with excellent customer service! Everything was great and above and beyond what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. We have stayed there before but under a different brand and always enjoyed the hotel, but never expected to be even better! Wow! From the lobby remake and bar upgrade to the room decor, it was so upscale and uplifting. Mona Lisa never looked better hanging from the lobby walls. Nice touch!
