The hotel was perfect except for missing room facilities like slippers , coffee machine and water
Generally I liked our experience with the hotel and certainly recomend to everybody. However there were a few details which could be somewhat better. Liked the welcom bottle of water, but especially with extreme heat would be better to put it in the room instead of needing to pick it up at the bar. Information during booking on the website could be more clear, for example more noticeable that room has airconditioning. I also do not like the app. I booked two rooms under my name and it was not possible to check status of both or put both in the application. Finally check-in times should be on clear sign at reception desk and in emal communication. And finally, in my room airco didn't work very good.
The Motel Overall is nice - The AC did not work - and this was horrible. too hot to sleep in the night :(
The staff at the hotel was excellent, but the maintenance people tried to convince me that my room with a broken air conditioning system (515) was working just fine. The hotel management gave me an upgrade (571), and my new room had air conditioning that worked perfectly. When it's 40°C outside, you cannot try to pass off rooms with broken air conditioning to guests; you have to take those rooms out of inventory. It should not be up to a guest complaining for you to react. This is unacceptable.
I loved my stay! The only thing that bothered me was that there wasn’t a fridge in the room. A special thanks to the receptionist, Rayan, who made my stay much more comfortable.
Located central of Wien and really close to the Wien central station. Breakfast was good and had an adequate amount of choices. The room held a good temperature as the heatwave struck Wien, which was very satisfactory and made the sleep much better. Would definitely choose this hotel next time and will look for a Motel One next time I need a hotel.

The rooms are very comfortable, but would be even better if they had a coffee corner. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are super friendly and professional. We didn't like the remodelled bar, the G&T menu you had before seemed to have disappeared... the digital menu is not the most user friendly, either. The decor and the atmosphere was much better before.
Everything was great, cleanliness, size or room, front desk service and also breakfast. The only comment I have is regarding getting to the property. Taxis do not know how to get to the property or close enough. When I arrived from the airport, the taxi left me on the other side of the bridge and had to walk 10-15 with luggage , as he couldn’t find a way to get closer.
This hotel is lovely both inside and outside. A quiet relaxed vibe with kind, helpful staff.
It's not what it used to be. It's still very good hotel but I have a feeling it lost something that made it special. Check-in was just OK. I had to point out twice that the room was already paid online, which was annoying. The room was fine but a bottle of water (on a very hot day) would be nice. Especially that the poster in elevator said clearly that I should get one as beOne member. Breakfast was good as always and it was great start of a new day, so nothing to complain here. All of all it was a nice stay, but I would pay more attention to details. Otherwise there is no point if choosing MotelOne if competition has better prices.
A lovely stay in an excellent location! We walked everywhere! The rooms are clean and are very modern and . An extra suitcase stand would be appreciated and somehow a bit of extra counter/storage space in bathroom. Overall, would highly recommend and would stay again. The bar staff were welcoming and friendly!

Clean and conveniently located, but a bit outdated. I first stayed at this motel when it had just opened, and it was fantastic. Unfortunately, the interior design hasn't aged well and now feels quite dated.
We had a great stay at Motel One Wien-Prater. The hotel is modern, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Although it's not in the historic city centre, it's right next to a metro station, making it easy to reach all the main attractions within minutes. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés nearby, and the staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay. Excellent value for money, and we would happily stay here again when visiting Vienna.
Nice hotel in a great location, close to the Opera and the main shopping street. Rayan, the receptionist, was helpful and made the check-in process smooth and easy. An early check-in was kindly offered, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and this hotel can definitely be recommended.
The room floor was not so clean (I could see on the socks becoming dirty) I asked for late check-out on a Sunday as be-one member and initially I was asked to pay (it's already the 3rd time that happens in a Motel One) I had the check-out at 2 pm, but the cleaning came already at 1:45
The hotel staff are accommodating and helpful. The facilities are clean; not a noisy environment.
Beautiful hotel! So comfortable and the most perfect location
We stayed sortly with my parents on our way back home, for a quick visit of the city. The rooms we booked are kind of small but due to the clever decoration felt specious even for someone like me that has suffered from panic attacks. The location is PERFECT everything important is like 2 to 10-15 minutes walk, so we could get the most out of our short visit to the city. The staff is really kind and helfull and I am really appreciative of the management, too! My balcony door had a unexpected malfuction that was impossible to be fixed before we checked out (we literally stayed one day), but the moment the manager was aware of the problem, contacted me immediately on our way to the airport and until we landed I had already receive a fair refund! Definately best value for money! I don't know if I'll visit Vienna, but if I do, staying in The Cloud One again is a motive to do so.
Very good breakfast but haven’t ordered omelet, excellent location near train and supermarket. Also, should offer daily water not only first day
Everything was perfect. I just did not like the first day , when I got out of the lift, there was a cleaning lady who insisted to bring my luggage until my room (not necessary, I come every year in your hotel and I knew the way) and she waited for a tip. I am sure you don't know about this but I just wanted to let you know because, in my opinion, it was a little bit rude. But it's just a detail! I am always very pleased of your hotel and will come back next year. Something else : I work in Venezia in an agency and we have around 60 apartments for turists. When the customers write us that they will arrive early in the morning, our ladies who clean begin to prepare these apartments. And there are not all in the same place but in all the city. So not easy ,but just to satisfy our customers , always very pleased , after a journey,to get in the apartment already cleaned. For you, it would be easier : all rooms in the same building! But unfortunately, even if your customers arrive early in the morning ( it's my case), check in is at 3pm. You do not change the orde of cleaning .
Real good value for the money. Breakfast can accommodate toaster to toast breads but otherwise fine.
I had a wonderful stay at Motel One Vienna. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The hotel was clean, modern, and conveniently located, which made exploring the city very easy. I am especially grateful for the thoughtful accommodation and excellent service I received. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Everything at Motel One met or exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Everything was in working order. Staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was quite hectic, but well staffed & good quality.
Very pleased with our stay
The hotel was very clear, the breakfast luxurious, the staff very helping, ready to meet our needs, the rooms convenient, the place just outside the metro station. When we asked for help due to a misunderstanding of Booking description, the hotel was willing to cover an amount for the supplementary fees.
Nice hotel. Clean. Nice colleagues. Only real challenge was the breakfast, seemed like less space than was needed and less variety. I have stayed at other motel ones (eg London Minories) and there is much more space.
Staff was warm, welcoming and responsive. Great value. Excellent location. Single room was just right for one, loved the door to fresh air, black-out curtains, and modern feel. Although I saw reviews about a lack of items in the room, I had a suitcase rack, chair and desk, cup, and safe. My two problems were quickly taken care of. The air-conditioning was not working in my room and they quickly moved me to another room. The floors were not cleaned until I asked for cleaning. I was there quite a few days and it may not be typically done, but housekeeping should have noticed. Third time at Motel One and will return.
It was a perfect choice tpo spend the 3 nights in Vienna ín the Motel One at the Central Station. The modern biuilding offered clean, properly sized and equipped rooms, a rich morning breakfast and freindly service. The vicinity to the Railway Station was a very positive surpise.
First room: The sink was leaking to the bathroom floor. Very ugly smell. Staff changed the room, very politely. Second room: Room service never showed up, shower tiles on entrance are angled in a way that they convey water toward the outside, not the inside. Basically you flood the bathroom while showering.
Great hotel for a stopover or a few days in Vienna. The rooms are clean, modern and well-equipped.

The first night the room was cold and not fix up properly the second night all good like I expected to be didn't like the guy for the check in not polite

The people at check-in were very nice, the breakfast buffet was very good. But the room lacked a couple of things that made it feel very bare bones. The only cup was a paper cup that was falling apart and collapsing the first time I filled it with water. There were no other cups or glasses in the room. There was no bottled water in the room. So I was drinking tapwater. There was no self serve coffee in the room. The shower flooded out onto the bathroom floor very easily and soaked the floor. The room was very clean. The bed was nice and comfortable. There was no extra lock on the room door, which made me feel a little unsafe. I feel like the decor in the whole lobby area was rather dark.
The hotel is nice, but staff at Hauptbahnhof was not very service minded. TV in room didnt work.
Hotel muito agradável e simples. Com tudo o que é indispensável para estadias curtas e profissionais. Uma coisa que não me agradou foi terem umas toalhas de banho muito pequenas. O pequeno almoço também é suficiente embora muito simples. A única coisa que foi bastante inaceitável é não se poder chegar de Uber à porta do hotel… quando vinha à noite sozinha da cidade o percurso desde o local onde o Uber me deixou até ao hotel é um pouco isolado!
A única crítica que fazemos é que não havia Frigobar no quarto, o que nos obrigava a termos que nos deslocar à recepção para dispor de uma simples garrafa de água e igualmente menos agradável revelou-se o facto de não haver forma de fazer um café ou um chá no quarto.
Gostei muito do Hotel em termos gerais.
5 estrelas, nada a apontar, tudo ótimo
Recomendo este hotel. Localização a passos da da estação de trem e linha U1 de metro. Café da manhã do hotel com preço justo e bom para dias frios. No início senti falta de uma cafeteira, mas depois me lembrei que a água vem dos Alpes, então usei a água quente da torneira para preparar o meu chá. O transfer para Aeroporto por trem ou onibus (de madrugada) também fácil.
