Based on my experience, please keep doing what you already are doing. The service delivery was excellent, the reservation process and checking in and out were simple and straightforward. Your staff was very personable and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. Thanks for an excellent stay.
Excellent atmosphere. Very friendly personnel (not only for Berlin standards).
We really liked the hotel. Beautiful decor, very clean and lovely bar patio areas. The rooms are a little on the small side although we understand that is the European way. We would also prefer coffee in the room along with a mini fridge and water as well as an iron or steamer but again that seems to be more of a North American thing. We would definitely recommend your hotel change you others travelling to Europe.
I would have appreciated some body lotion (and a gym - but aware that this is likely not in the price range...)
Exceptionally clean room and bathroom. It would have been useful to have a kettle in the room. Great location to get around Berlin. Enjoyed the rooftop bar.
Great stay. Walkable to all sorts of shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Not close to the main train station or the airport, but wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else. Staff was kind as well.
I enjoyed it. Perfect location for Berlin Marathon. 10-15 min walk to everything. Breakfast was awesome and staff were all friendly.

Beautiful hotel. But rooms on small side and bathroom very small. There were no toiletries. Only body wash. Only 2 towels given, no washcloths or makeup remover wipes for ladies.

Property was close to easy access to public transportation. Staff was attentive and friendly, and the room and property was always clean.
Staff very friendly and welcoming. Reception/Bar area was comfortable and relaxing. Room was very clean although not huge. Bed/pillows/bedding very comfortable.

Lovely hotel and very comfortable bed. Did not give 10 because there was no tea/coffee facilities in the room and I thought the breakfast was very expensive for what you got.

I find it a bit strange that for a cca. 380 € / night rate only 1 bottle of water is allowed for 5 nights.
a central but uncomfortable location, this is the worst motel one i have stayed in so far, unfriendly reception, the rooms are cold and soulless
Excellent hotel! The location is very good, the staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast is excellent (improved since my last visit 15 months ago with the addition of scrambled eggs!).
I had to go to the reception again to get my bill printed out. They said they will send the hotel bill per mail but never did.
Please offer a small breakfast for around €12. If you just want a coffee and a yoghurt - the €25 is just too expensive. Rest is just fine.
Probably my 5th stay and excellent as ever. Clean, well appointed and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff.
We chose this hotel because it has “Air Conditioning”, listed and because of the time of the year, we wanted to get a good nights sleep. When we arrived the room was warm and stuffy, we tried to turn on the A/C, but it didn’t work. When we asked the reception staff, we were told that the A/C was turned off because other guests said it was too cold. Obviously the individual guest room controls didn’t seem to work, otherwise the cold guests would have been able to adjust the temperature to their own rooms. The room was very clean, but a bit smaller than all of the other hotels we had stayed at on this trip (3 other locations, none of which are part of Motel One). The 2nd Floor Lounge was very nice. With the air conditioning issue, I doubt that we would return to the Alexanderplatz again.
Overall, the hotel is very good. Unfortunately, I got a single room and I felt that the bed was unnecessarily small, there would have been an additional 30 cm available.
The room is too small for two persons. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room and some tea.

The location was excellent. The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
I like the location and the room. The staff are also friendly and efficient. The two bars are also very good. I would like a kettle to make tea/coffee in the bedroom. I also would like some hot items at breakfast: bacon, scramble egg and sausages. I did not use the wifi.
Curtains and carpets are like magnets for dust. I think it's much more hygienic to find alternative solutions.

Efficient and friendly reception staff..especially the lady whom checked us in. Very warm welcome.Loved the decor and the vibe in the reception/bar area. Location central. Room clean and quiet. It is a shame there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room or a bottle of water on arrival.

A localização é ótima. O quarto é acolhedor e limpo. O hotel oferece espaços agradáveis como o terraço ou o rooftop.
Foi boa e cordial. Apenas e como sugestão ,agregue smart TV, nos aptos.
O quarto inicial era insuportável pequeno, sem condições, em particular para 6 noites! A meu pedido mudámos para um maior. Só pedi limpeza um dia e não fizeram. Os empregados eram cordiais. Ponto mais positivo para o Celso com quem fiz i check-out. Hotel caro demais para o que oferece. Bem situado no acesso a transportes.
Hotel localizado em uma área bem próxima a estação central, vantajoso para facilitar o acesso a qualquer região. Porém o barulho incomoda muito, o tempo todo pela localização. O quarto com espaço sufiente para o casal, limpo, e arejado.

Minha estadia no Motel One foi excelente. O quarto sempre limpo, claro, foi atendido meu pedido para ficar hospedada no primeiro andar e com tranquilidade sempre foram sanadas as dúvidas. recomendo muito.
Nada a apontar. Apenas uma sugestão. A dimensão das mesas do pequeno-almoço. Poderiam ser um pouco maiores e nos dias de grande afluência, a sala é pequena pelo que poderia ser aumentado o número de mesas numa parte do bar.
A localização do hotel é muito boa, o café da manhã é excelente ,e, principalmente o pessoal. Entre eles merece destaque especial pela educação , atenção,disponibilidade para atender e gentileza. São eles: Esmeralda, Marie, Pina, Sülo e Sebastião. Essas observações são minhas e da minha esposa Sandra que adorou o atendimento das pessoas citadas.
