Based on my experience, please keep doing what you already are doing. The service delivery was excellent, the reservation process and checking in and out were simple and straightforward. Your staff was very personable and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. Thanks for an excellent stay.
Excellent atmosphere. Very friendly personnel (not only for Berlin standards).
We really liked the hotel. Beautiful decor, very clean and lovely bar patio areas. The rooms are a little on the small side although we understand that is the European way. We would also prefer coffee in the room along with a mini fridge and water as well as an iron or steamer but again that seems to be more of a North American thing. We would definitely recommend your hotel change you others travelling to Europe.
I would have appreciated some body lotion (and a gym - but aware that this is likely not in the price range...)
Exceptionally clean room and bathroom. It would have been useful to have a kettle in the room. Great location to get around Berlin. Enjoyed the rooftop bar.
Great stay. Walkable to all sorts of shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Not close to the main train station or the airport, but wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else. Staff was kind as well.
I enjoyed it. Perfect location for Berlin Marathon. 10-15 min walk to everything. Breakfast was awesome and staff were all friendly.

Beautiful hotel. But rooms on small side and bathroom very small. There were no toiletries. Only body wash. Only 2 towels given, no washcloths or makeup remover wipes for ladies.

Property was close to easy access to public transportation. Staff was attentive and friendly, and the room and property was always clean.
Staff very friendly and welcoming. Reception/Bar area was comfortable and relaxing. Room was very clean although not huge. Bed/pillows/bedding very comfortable.

I find it a bit strange that for a cca. 380 € / night rate only 1 bottle of water is allowed for 5 nights.
a central but uncomfortable location, this is the worst motel one i have stayed in so far, unfriendly reception, the rooms are cold and soulless
Excellent hotel! The location is very good, the staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast is excellent (improved since my last visit 15 months ago with the addition of scrambled eggs!).
I had to go to the reception again to get my bill printed out. They said they will send the hotel bill per mail but never did.
Please offer a small breakfast for around €12. If you just want a coffee and a yoghurt - the €25 is just too expensive. Rest is just fine.
Probably my 5th stay and excellent as ever. Clean, well appointed and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff.
We chose this hotel because it has “Air Conditioning”, listed and because of the time of the year, we wanted to get a good nights sleep. When we arrived the room was warm and stuffy, we tried to turn on the A/C, but it didn’t work. When we asked the reception staff, we were told that the A/C was turned off because other guests said it was too cold. Obviously the individual guest room controls didn’t seem to work, otherwise the cold guests would have been able to adjust the temperature to their own rooms. The room was very clean, but a bit smaller than all of the other hotels we had stayed at on this trip (3 other locations, none of which are part of Motel One). The 2nd Floor Lounge was very nice. With the air conditioning issue, I doubt that we would return to the Alexanderplatz again.
Overall, the hotel is very good. Unfortunately, I got a single room and I felt that the bed was unnecessarily small, there would have been an additional 30 cm available.
The room is too small for two persons. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room and some tea.

The location was excellent. The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
I like the location and the room. The staff are also friendly and efficient. The two bars are also very good. I would like a kettle to make tea/coffee in the bedroom. I also would like some hot items at breakfast: bacon, scramble egg and sausages. I did not use the wifi.
Curtains and carpets are like magnets for dust. I think it's much more hygienic to find alternative solutions.

Wygodne łóżko. Czysto. Sprawna klimatyzacja. Lokalizacja blisko dworca kolejowego i centrum. Dostępny parking podziemny.

Wszystko było super! Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, personel pomocny i miły. Wnętrze hotelu i pokoje bardzo ładne. Jedyny minus to, że nie ma mini lodówki. Ale nam jakoś mocno to nie przeszkadzało!

To chyba jeden z najgorszych hoteli, w jakich zatrzymałem się w ostatnich latach. Po wejściu do pokoju od razu pojawiło się uczucie klaustrofobii. Pokój był skrajnie mały i niezwykle minimalistyczny. Nie było nawet miejsca, aby wygodnie rozłożyć dwie walizki. W pokoju nie było praktycznie żadnej przestrzeni do przechowywania – brak szafy, brak wieszaków i bardzo ograniczona ilość miejsca na rzeczy osobiste. Udałem się do recepcji z prośbą o możliwość zamiany pokoju na większy. Niestety usłyszałem, że hotel jest w pełni zarezerwowany, a recepcjonistka poinformowała mnie, że większość pokoi ma podobny metraż. Niestety problemy na tym się nie skończyły. Pierwszej nocy zostaliśmy obudzeni alarmem, a drugiej przestała działać klimatyzacja, co przy wysokiej temperaturze było bardzo uciążliwe i uniemożliwiło komfortowy wypoczynek. Podsumowując – był to zdecydowanie jeden z najgorszych obiektów hotelowych, w jakich miałem okazję nocować w ostatnich latach. Trudno mi polecić ten hotel komukolwiek, kto oczekuje choćby podstawowego komfortu.

Hotel i obsługa są fantastyczne. Daję 9 tylko za nieco drogie śniadania i przytkaną umywalkę w pokoju. Tak to wszystko super. P.S. Pani z recepcji cały czas nosi ten piękny naszyjnik - pięknie się prezentuje.
Lubię Waszą sieć i w Motel One Berlin-Spittelmarkt bywam często. Wielką zaletą jest dla mnie czystość, schludność w tym obiekcie (w innych poziom jest niższy). Obsługa była bardzo miła. Tym razem mam jednak dwa konkretne zarzuty: kołdra była bardzo cienka, a w pokoju było za zimno (mimo ustawionej temp. na 25 stopni, czyli nic już nie grzało, grzejnik na korytarzu był zimny). Oszczędności oszczędnościami, ale przeziębieni goście to też nie jest rozwiązanie! Tym razem więc pobyt nie był komfortowy:-( Dodam, że był to okres Świąt Wielkanocnych, zimnych niestety w tym roku:-(
Absolutnie najlepszy hotel w tej części Berlina :) Do zobaczenia za kilka tygodni i może uda mi się wtedy zarezerwować wreszcie pokój z widokiem na wyższym piętrze :)
Pokoj niewielki, ale wystarczający. Wygodne łóżka. Schuldnie, czysto, codzienny serwis, cicho w pokoju. Dobre śniadania. Bar czynny do wieczora. Przyjemny wystrój wnętrza. Doskonałe położenie. Parkowanie możliwe na pobliskich parkingach (20 eur/doba). Mój ulubiony hotel w Berlinie. Przydałby się czajnik w pokoju oraz herbata/ kawa lub dostęp do ekspresu dla gości hotelowych.
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, obsługa uprzejma i kompetentna. Numery trochę ciasne, no ale to turystyczny motel. Przyjeżdżam od lat do biblioteki (Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin,), więc nocleg w tym motelu pasuje mi wyjątkowo..

Ogólnie jestem zadowolona z pobytu, było czysto, obsługa miła, cena jak na Berlin to też niewygórowana. Jedyne czego mi brakowało to zestaw do zaparzania herbaty/kawy w pokoju lub powitalna butelka wody.
