Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Very convenient location with access to subway, restaurants, & shopping. Clean & updated with a great little restaurant.
This was a great location, nice modern rooms and the 6th floor lounge was very comfortable. No ice machine from what we saw. A water station is needed for filling bottles.

Great location, courteous staff & clean rooms-deli was a welcome retreat, though the 6th floor bar seemed limited with drink options & also not fully covered by bar staff. Little details can make a huge difference-overall a lovely stay.
The location was amazing, the room was nice but pretty average. Staff could be more friendly, food was expensive for the quality presented. Not many facilities

Location is great. Outside a bit dirty streets. Front desk service not polite. Front desk staff feels tired of everything. Room with a view was great.

I had the impression I was annoying the staff. They were not particularily nice or helpful. Also, the fire alarm in our rome ran at 3am and then stopped and then started again at 5h30 without stopping. When we went down at the reception they did not seem to care. It finally went off by the time I came to the room with one of your staff. Since it was not ringning anymore he mentioned he couldn't do anymore. They also mentioned they couldn't switch our room. As a result we had an horrible night and never went back to sleep since we were stressed it will start to ring again. We were celebrating our 10th anniversary. What happened was really unfortunate and your staff never helped. To pay 450CAN for not sleeping is frustrating. We will never recommand your hotel or go back.

Extremely accommodating! Front desk was great and the staff was helpful.
Our overall stay at Cloud One was very good. The only things that were negative about stay was that the room was too small and we were assigned a room that was facing a dark alley.
The only downside is the leaking shower enclosure.
The pillows were the absolute WORST. They are way too big and firm. I did not even use them. Very bad sleep over my two night stay there.
Appreciated early check-in at 2:30pm for a work call
Conveniently located, excellent service from all staff members. The lounge was a great spot to work during the day, beautiful terrace, too.
Most excellent stay! My only qualm was there was no smart tv. I couldn’t watch netflix, hulu etc otherwise it was an amazing stay. I didn’t know NYC could be so peaceful. Loved the area. The staff was awesome. Cleanliness.
Excellent hotel, would stay again. Only issue was I booked a room with a better city view and didn’t get that but it’s a very nice hotel
The front desk was very attentive and helpful and kind. Very friendly. The wait staff in our breakfast is very patient and efficient even when they are busy.
Our stay was fantastic. We had a little hiccup the first night...was woken up by water dripping out the ac vent and pooling on the floor and needed to change rooms. Overall the stay was awesome. Rikky at the front desk is friendly and very professional.

This stay was perfect except the little visitor I had in the bathroom. A really big roach was in the bathroom my first morning I woke up. Also the hair dryer was broken but the staff was quick to fix that for me. Outside of that, everything was perfect. Location was great, staff was great and the view was perfection.
Great location close to so many subway stations which means you can get anywhere relatively quickly whether that be right uptown or across to Brooklyn. Also walking distance to Target to get anything need. Seems like a safe part of Manhattan to stay - we felt safe coming home at night at 11pm. Hotel staff were very helpful.
Such a wonderful and kind team. Next to the great location the team of the hotel made sure we had an unforgettable NCY Downtown experience. I am looking foward to my next booking.

Great hotel and fantastic location
Overall the stay is very good. The staff is nice and responsive. The room is quite at night. We had good sleep everyday. The only thing bother us a little bit is the air condition. The air condition will stop once it reaches the target temperature, and the room's temperature will rise. Sometimes, we will wake up from our sleep because the temperature rise. It will be helpful if the AC still produce some wind even the temperature has reached to make the air flow and temperature more consistent.
Beautiful view, clean and nice room
Overall, had a great time staying at the Cloud One. I just wish there was body lotion and hair conditioner available in the room as I was staying for a month. Also wished the policy wasn't to charge the entire stay on the very first night, but what can you do.
Pove the spacious and modern room and the special touch of a bottle of water when registering.
I loved everything about this hotel\! The location is perfect, the service was excellent, and everything was very clean\. It’s close to everything in Downtown Manhattan—the subway, the ferries, Wall Street, and the World Trade Center. It was so convenient to get around and explore the city.
Location is excellent. The hotel style and cleanliness were great. Staff could be friendlier and breakfast could also be improved by not charging for extra coffee, tea or juice.

Rikki at the front desk was exceptional - incredibly helpful, proactive, had great suggestions and really made my stay. Solid location. Mid breakfast though the Lounge & Bar had really good energy. A great stay overall.
Great location and the breakfast in the cafe is worth adding on - great menu choices and table service, just felt like eating out!
The worst stay and experience I have ever had traveling. I travel for a living for work and as we have an office 1 block away from the hotel, we decided to try someplace new. Unfortunately due to weather our flight was cancelled and could not get in until the next day. We had 3 rooms booked. The hotel staff was completely unaccommodating, even telling us that we will still need to check in on the day of our flight cancellation otherwise they will release our rooms and we will not have a place to stay when we finally arrive. I have never experienced this. To not even allow us to book those rooms for a future stay, and just charge us with ZERO care or accommodation is outrageous. We will be disputing all charges and writing reviews so everyone knows to beware as this hotel does not care when your travel gets moved that is COMPLETELY out of your control.
The property is amazing. The bar gives cozy, vintage New York vibes combined with a modern aesthetic. The patio is very relaxing with one of the best views 9f the city! My room was amazing! Floor to ceiling windows with a perfect view overlooking the 9/11 memorial. It was beyond words.
Pillows were way too thick and hairdryer very old. Otherwise a solid hotel.
Overall a very good hotel in Downtown NY. Very friendly staff that made us a breakfast bag to go because we had to leave early. Views were nice, especially from the Lounge/Bar (outdoor area closed after 11pm). Unfortunately the carpet close to the AC was partly wet, the bed had wripped spots and the two night lights had two different light temperatures. A real plus was the iron and the ironing board. :)
Check in was easy, the bartender was amazing, and bed was clean and comfortable. My one complaint is the AC in the room was very loud cutting on and off which made it hard to sleep through the night.

The room was clean, comfortable and stylish. Location is super convenient to my office. Very quiet. Great view of the city and the river. While my bed was comfortable I couldn't get the pillows right. They were all too high for me. That's my one complaint.
We had a wonderful stay . The room was lovely and had an amazing view of the Freedom Tower. Generous amount of good quality towels were provided. My only note would be to provide hair conditioner The body wash and shampoo that were provided were great. Other than that minor issue I would highly recommend The Cloud One!
Great experience
Staff was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations. Very clean. Phenomenal location and even better view from the terrace and room of the 9/11 memorial and world trade centre. Elevators work very quickly. Only recommendation would be perhaps a door stopper in the room for the bathroom door as it is quite heavy and doesn’t remain open on its own. And WiFi needs to be reconnected to all the time, sometimes it wouldn’t work.
Wszystko ok, poza tym, że na bookingu oferta jest na 4 gwiazki a w rzeczywistosci to są trzy, co mnie rozczarowało. Ponadto bardzo mała szafa, nie mozna się było rozpakować. Sniadanie ok, ale obsługa w niektóre dni była bardzo powolna
