The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. The hotel was clean and very well designed. We had a wonderful stay.
The location and hotel design is incredible, room was small but comfy. Great atmosphere in the lobby. ChatGPT recommended this hotel since she knows my interests.
We were able to check-in swiftly, despite a crowd and appreciated the early breakfast service since we had an early train.
Beautiful property, very nice and helpful staff and accomodating spaces for a wheelchair user, yay. Also the breakfast had an amazing spread and the location was very central, right by the Opera, Albertuna and many restaurants and souvenir shops. Perfect for a quick little getaway. Comfortable beds also.
Great location if want to stay near wien central station for easy transport to other city. Can choose train or tram services from wien central station to city area. To take note no kettle and mini fridge in room, but option to get hot water from the bar and keep food/drink at reception fridge. Overall great stay.
Enjoyed the stay and the room was clean. The bathroom was nice but a little short on places to put toothbrush and such. Same with the room. With no drawers for clothes and only a very small place to hang clothes up
The lobby design is certainly impressive, clean, and modern. The guest service staff was helpful but could be more friendly. The room was cute but felt like it lacked basic amenities. There were no slippers, pillow was pretty flat, and towels were thin. The restaurant staff was excellent though, from breakfast to happy hour everyone was well attentive and great. The best part of the stay. Other than that. the hotel price rate did not really satisfy the stay. Lots of simple improvements inside the room that can be easily made to make the experience better.

Room was very comfortable. I was expecting tea/coffee-making facilities in the room which were not provided - such provision is now pretty standard in hotels, so you should really advise potential customers beforehand that you do not.
Very pleasant stay at Motel One Wien-Prater. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, the breakfast was very good, and having coffee with plant-based and soy milk options is a great plus for vegan guests. The garage is also a big advantage. The hotel is just a short walk from Praterstern U-Bahn station, making it very easy and quick to reach the city centre by public transport. Despite the location, it was not noisy at all with the windows closed. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back again.
I was disappointed that my room was missing amenities usually found in a Motel One. No safe, lamp, suitcase stand. Less room to hang clothes.
Staff was courteous, room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the courtyard.
Everything around the hotel was great but I still did not receive my invoice per email which is really too bad to phone and ask for your bill.
Desperately disappointing: starting with a very average check in experience where I was told I didn’t have a room (I did) to the room itself. I call it a room, it was more like a cell. Tiny, barely any light, no water in the room, no tea, coffee or any amenities and the tiniest thing in the corner which I think was meant to be a desk. Never been so pleased to check out.

The breakfast had very limited variety. I would recommend to add more protein to the breakfast. Also there was no water offered
The room is very small but bed and shower were perfect. However, the breakfast is terrible. Cold egg, fruit not fresh, no toaster, cheese and meats very basic. Staff are very friendly and helpful especially Mario at front desk.
We reserved two rooms in Vienna. The location and cleanliness was great. However the low score was for needless delays with our check in, system not working, confusion with two rooms, lack Of warmth and friendless, no offering if any intimation about or stay like room or hotel amenities, we had to literally pry it out. Then we witnessed other guests being checked in with enthusiasm and helpfulness and getting water bottle options and other helpful information about Vienna let alone the hotel. Wow! We were florted at the dismissiveness we received. Dud we do something wrong? Maybe reserving tow rooms was too much?? Also found belongings of previous guest in our room we returned it to front desk.
Very clean and efficient hotel. Fresh baked goods at breakfast every day, courteous staff, clean rooms.
Better than good rating had been given thanks to the modetn building, confortable bedrooms and good breakfast. However one cannot always get the spacious favorite rooms. Due to the lack of dinner, we always go to Vapiano. I suggest that a mechanism be introduced that hotel guests get a reasonable discout upon showing the room key. Is it worth consideration on your part?
Extremely conveniently located to the train station and a reasonable walk or short train ride to the city center. The staff were helpful and we were able to stow our baggage as we explored, as we got there too early for check in. The room was small but sufficient for our needs, and very clean.
We only had one night stay. Rooms are smaller but adequate! 14 floor view was amazing !

Motel One ... Simple the Best
The hotel location is great. We are disappointed with the service. We reserved a room with a cancellable and changeable rate in March (6 months ago.) When we checked in, the receptionist assigned us a room in the "S" level. It is like in the basement of the hotel. I asked if we could get a room on a higher level. The receptionist said we had to pay more. When asked how much more, he did not tell us. The room was small also. We felt unwelcome and disappointed during our stay.

Recepcja, uprzejmość obsługi, windy, pokój i widok z pokoju - rewelacyjnie! Śniadanie - w porządku ale bez specjalnych rewelacji. Minimalna (ok.2€) różnica w cenie rezerwacji i do zapłaty w hotelu której recepcjonista nie umiał wyjaśnić:)

Doskonała lokalizacja, świetnie skomunikowany przez bliskość do pociągu, metra i tramwajów. Czysty, nowy hotel. Ładne pokoje (czekały już na nas mimo, że byliśmy wcześniej). Dobre śniadania (można by tylko dołożyć coś na ciepło w bemarach). Miła obsługa. Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Na pewno mógłbym śmiało go polecić innym lub samemu go wybrać przy następnym pobycie w Wiedniu.

To już nasz ósmy pobyt w tym hotelu; za każdym razem wszystko jest perfekcyjne (czysty i wciąż nowy pokój, piękne widoki, pyszne śniadanie, pyszne drinki w barze w holu)
Dobry wybór w rozsądnych pieniądzach, pobyt w hotelu przebiegł bezproblemowo, doskonała lokalizacja wzmocniła pozytywne wrażenia.
Wszystko bardzo dobrze, z wyjątkiem braku miejsca do zjedzenia śniadania.
Pan z recepcji na nocnej zmianie był Bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny przy późnym zameldowaniu
Wspaniały pobyt we wspaniałym hotelu. Wszystkie nasze oczekiwania zostały zaspokojone a nawet przekroczone! Idealna lokalizacja pozwoliła nam cieszyć się urokami Wiednia bez konieczności dojazdów. Dziękujemy bardzo i pozdrawiamy Frau Renatę <3

Dziekujemy za wspaniały pobyt w Wiedniu. Odwiedziliśmy wasz hotel gdzie Katia zajeła sie nami i naszymi wnuczkami z wielką życzliwością. Pokoje otrzymaliśmy tak jak sobie życzyliśmy obok siebie a cały personel był bardzo pomocny. Swietna lokalizacja.
Jak zwykle prawie wszystko OK, ale nie działał internet, i to jest problemem - chyba tylko w pokoju, gdzie mieszkaliśmy !
