It was overall really great. The location is great and the room is beautiful. The Bed is very very comfortable and everything is clean. Only downsides are the view from the room which are right in front of another hotel or apartment building so people can look into your room easily and the bathroom door can’t be locked or kept open properly. Overall very nice stay. Probably not worth the price tho, it was very very expensive
Very comfy bed, quiet room and a normal hairdryer. Great hotel bar as well, staff is great and negronis even better.

Generally excellent. Room was pretty cramped with very little room to move around but perfectly fine for just myself for one night, especially given the price point and location. In-room facilities were fine, bed very comfortable, noise insulation from street outside was very good (I had requested a room with city view), noise insulation from door to corridor not so good, so some disturbance from people talking in the corridor - in common with almost every hotel I have ever stayed at! Breakfast was great, loved the breakfast seating area.
Even though the hotel is situated right next to Vienna Central Station, my stay was brilliant. The service and staff are perfectly coordinated, just as they are in all the other cities.
Very good location, very comfortable rooms, good breakfast - but unfortunately no warm dishes (eg. scrambled eggs).
No complaints at all. Room was comfortable and offered all the necessary facilities. Very clean. Staff both efficient and friendly. The hotel's location is super convenient and offers extremely good value. This was our second visit and we wouldn't hesitate to stay in future.
The rooms were okay and spotlessly clean. I'd have expected some pictures in an otherwise completely dull room. Also, a bottle of water and hydrating cream are normally standard in your price range.

Clean and comfortable. At arrival, no iron / board was available!. After 2 days I could get one and get to give you my ID as deposit/pledge. The switches for light in the room are confusing, as the wrong combination between the one next to the door and the one next to the bed gives the impression of no power. Unfortunately, you have sent me the wrong invoices. I explicitely asked at check in for TWO separate invoices. At the day of check out, the person at the reception could not work it out. Sent by mail the next day but wrong. I am still waiting for the right invoicing (separate invoices!).
Great hotel right on the ring and short walk to the centre and museum quarter. Room (balcony Room on second floor) was fabulous. Breakfast was nice way to start the day
I had a lovely stay. Very kind and friendly reception team (thanks Mario!), breakfast/bar team, cleaning team... Comfortable bed, extremely quiet room, very nice shower (though it would be nice to have more hanging options for bathroom towels (hooks?)). Very good breakfast. Fantastic location. All in all: happy! Thank you!
Europe style breakfast of Carbohydrates is not healthy but it is Europe. However, maybe consider that travelers from outside of Europe may appreciate some healthy choices.

Too bad smell in room, especially in bathroom, you have to find a solution, we asked this situation to receiption, but no solution, no again stay in your hotel.
Good location and clean rooms, but some important drawbacks. The hotel is modern, clean, and in an excellent location near the city center and the State Opera. However, my room faced a dark inner courtyard, so it felt dim throughout the day. There was also no mobile signal in the room, making it impossible to use my own internet connection, while the hotel Wi‑Fi was unsecured. Another disappointment was the lack of basic in-room amenities. There was no kettle, and food or drinks from the bar could not be taken to the room. As a result, whenever I wanted a snack or a hot drink, I had to stay in the bar instead of relaxing in my room. Overall, an okay stay, but not a hotel I would be eager to return to.

People at reception seemed uninterested but they did a great job nevertheless. forgot to give me my water though. Room was clean, everything worked as expected.
Clean, comfortable for a short stay & very conscientious to Westbahnhoff
As always, my stay was lovely. However, for this price, I would expect individual soaps/shampoos instead of having to share bigger bottles with other guests. I cannot imagine that there is a way to ensure that the bigger bottles haven‘t been tampered with.
I would especially like to thank the gentleman at the reception who was working at around 2 p.m. on September 7. He was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. We really appreciated his kindness and warm hospitality. He made us feel very welcome, and I am very grateful for his help. Thank you!
Hot water came and went a little. No news channels on TV in English. No hot breakfast No coffee and tea in rooms.

I liked a lot the space, the furniture, and the overall feeling. Breakfast was very good. I wasn’t particularly comfortable with my personal belongings being moved around and randomly placed inside my toiletry bags. I understand that they may need to be moved in order to clean, but I don’t think it is appropriate for staff to handle my personal items and decide where to put them or place them inside my toiletry bags. Best
Is a perfect location for connecting with the train, city and a little bit of tour. The service was great. Everything super clean.
Everything was amazing, only issue was the door handle of my room to get it, very weird to open it and the room blinders, couldn’t close them all the way so I always had some lights in at night! For the rest one of the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever been! We’ll be back in one of your hotel around the world!
Comfortable stay - Decent facilities friendly staff - what’s not to like?
The fact there is some airconditioning still happening in the room even if you turn it off is uncomfortable. The breakfast room is too small for such a big hotel and noisy. The location is convenient. The staff is responsive to questions just enough, not going beyond to attend to the need of the customers. The fact that there is a huge menu of drinks, but to eat, only a few sandwiches, was disappointing.

Reception unmanned upron arrival. Reserved room not available. Instead, the receptionist told me I have to use a family suite which turned out to be a standard double room with two foldable beds pushed in. I didn't mind using this room but the way the receptionist spoke to me was neither friendly nor was it my fault that this was one of the two remaining rooms available. I had made a booking 3 weeks prior to my arrival and I am not responsible when the booked room is not reserved. Also, breakfast room was way too small to host all guests arriving around 8:30 and cleaning the used plates and cutlery took quite long so tables were blocked.

Loved the location, our room had a balcony and we were able to eat alfresco, it was so hot in Vienna, lovely to get back to our room and sit outside with a cold drink
A very good experience at your hotel. I was going to give you 10 but i gave 9 just because the cleaning service of the room need to improve.

Top Service, top Lage
Modern and pragmatic hotel, small rooms but ok for sleeping a few nights. Very few TV channels visible, not an Italian one available and working. No places where to put clothes and no support for luggage. Automatic distributor for drink would be appreciated.
Everything was great, the staff was super helpful and kind, food selection was great, too.

At check-in I was charged too much and it took my time and effort to sort out your mistake and get a refund.
We stay 2 night, after the first one our room wasn’t cleaned, I request housekeeping and than they come and clean.
Writing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super easy to book. The staff was incredibly friendly, the breakfast buffet had everything we needed, and the location is perfect right next to Vienna's main station. The tram stop for Line D is only about 100 meters away and takes you into the heart of Vienna in around 15 minutes. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the room had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bar is also great with reasonable prices, although the large bottle of water could be a little cheaper. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Every time we come to Vienna, we'll book Motel One again. The Wifi didnt work so well this time but i had a Data Package so it was ok:) PS: the Bathroom in -1 were nicer and cleaner than the Ritz-Carlton's Bathroom that we were at.
The new interior design is very cold, and there is no reference to Vienna left, which is a pity. Especially the reception area and the bar area were much nicer before. Breakfast is more than overpriced at 25 euros: canned fruits, no Oesterreichischer Schinken, no Oesterreichischer Kren, no Oesterreichischer Kaese, two sorts of post-mix juice, long queues at one (!) coffee machine. Staff does not care about leftovers at tables or on the floor ( I am talking Monday morning, not a Saturday or Sunday) I witnessed how a woman was charged the full 25 euros two minutes before official breakfast time was over, and how she was told that everything would be gone in two minutes, so she better grabs what she can. Wow. Also - I saw several guests who wanted a coffee to go and where told to go to Aida. Hmmm...
The hotel was in a good location and convenient for public transport. It also had a good variety for breakfast. However I would not recommend this hotel for any family travelling with 2 (or more) kids. We reserved one room for 2 adults and 2 kids and we were given a very small single bed for the kids to share. The room was very tiny with no room for our luggage. I wish they would have told us the room set up before booking so that we could have booked elsewhere.
