"We travel alot and stayed at Cloud One New York for the 1st time. I would have given this location a score of 10, but a recent issue after checkout ruined that score. After checkout, we left our luggage with bellman (who was rude and aggressively handling the bags) by the lobby. We realized that our travel pillow was missing and called the hotel. The staff stated our pillow was found in the lobby by the front desk (where we dropped off our bags). We have never had issues with any bellman or concierge at any hotel. We have to pay the shipping costs. Also, the app doesn't allow logging in or rest the "
