Wonderful as always and we cannot wait when rooftop will be re-opened. We love to stay in Cloud One Prague :) Kaspars
Hotel is nice, but there was not working ceiling light in the bathroom. In the room was very cold and it was not possible to heat it so I was freezing the whole stay, it was like 15 degrees jn the room. Also on bed was dirty mark.

I've stayed at MotelOnes in several countries and have always had a great experience. On this occasion I messed up my booking at the MotelOne in Prague - I thought I'd reserved a room for September and it turned out the booking was for back in May (in part this was down to your website which I'm afraid is not so intuitive). The excellent receptionist nonetheless found me a room for which I was really grateful given it was 22.00 on a Sunday evening! I enjoyed my stay - your staff looked after me very well.
Really decent room but given that it's missing the fifth floor, missing a bar, the rooms should have been discounted.
Did not get reciept on requested cost, you refered to that you did not have my e-mail adress, I gave it, futhermore I got this mail so that means you already got it, slow expediting in the reception, breakfast location was not optimal & very expensive, I have stayed many times in the hotel in business & booked both for myself and several collegues, but would expect much better treatment
Nice hotel, well situated, clean & tidy. Shame roof top terrace was closed
There’s no phones in the rooms. I think you reach reception, you had to actually walk down to the front desk. Also after one of the times housekeeping cleaned the rooms, they didn’t replace the hand towels. We had to use bath towels to dry our hands.

It was very cold in the rooms, I mention this to reception and told me that they cant turn it on.
There was a Fire accident in June 2026. The Roof Top Bar an the Breakfast room were closed. It would habe nice, when you have informed us with a Mail .
A great choice, lovely lobby and staff. And the restaurant next door, Sumi Garden was the highlight of our stay. Only disappointment was the rooftop bar was unavailable.
Everything was good, other than the bad smell after using the water in the bathrooms. Our room was changed and the issue was less noticeable in the second bathroom, but it was still present. It seems like some major issue with plum ing that requires attention. Also, in the second bathroom the water was slowly going down under the shower and it was easy to make a small flood.

Rude staff, elevators that didn't work and carpenters that hold the elevator for 10 min. I was really mad at your staff when I checked in, but then you did a better job and the elevator was working again. It would be nice to have some info about what was going on instead. You didn't want to check us in before 15:00 and that is fine, as long as you give us info about fire alarm training, construction work etc. We had a schedule to follow, since this was a work trip and your rudeness and elevator problems caused a lot of stress. I also felt I was the one who did wrong, when all I did was to try to check-in. I had to go 5 floors up with heavy bags and your staff got angry on me for not want to fill in the damn registration form. You could have asked about all the info before through e-mail. Now I was requested to do it by hand. So please work on your guest service level and information to make this a more smooth stay. Specially don't yell at the guests and be rude, that not OK at all.
The stay was okay, we’ve been a motel one guest for many years and having been impressed, decided to pay that little extra for the cloud one. We arrived and were told that the bar was closed and we couldn’t get a drink, which when you’ve been travelling on planes etc isn’t ideal. It’s good that there were free refreshments made available, it is a shame this wasn’t made clear on check in as the above comment would not exist. I am aware you have had a fire but it was disappointing to arrive to the rooftop being completely shut, and the air conditioning in the room being out of action and the price not being less than quoted for these big amenities being out of action. Room was clean, good location which made up for the small gripes.

The hotel is nice and provides cost-effective accommodation in a comfortable location for exploring Prague. There is a well-connected tram station minutes from the hotel, and many lovely caffes and eateries around.
I had a really great stay – everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional, while also being discreet and never intrusive, which is exactly how hotel service should be. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of a restaurant, but I really appreciated the complimentary coffee and drinks available in the lobby. It’s such a nice touch to be able to grab a coffee to go and head out into the city for a day of sightseeing. I think Motel One should seriously consider making this a permanent feature across its hotels. It’s a small gesture, but it makes a real difference – having a coffee to take with you as you leave the hotel is a lovely way to start the day.
Poor service. Not informing the guest about changing their room to a handicap room before arrival and not even at check-in shows extremely poor service quality and is unacceptable. Same goes for not informing beforehand about the facilities not being available due to the fire. I, as a guest, expect that if I make a reservation of a specific room, that is what should be delivered. If that’s not possible, I consider it absolutely bare minimum that the hotel informs prior to arrival about the problem. When asking the receptionist about the incorrect room, no willingness to resolve the situation was shown and the only thing they could do was to “offer two bottles of water”. Unfortunately, this is one of the poorest booking and service experiences I’ve had on hotels around Europe. Sadly, I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone and this will also be reflected in reviews on hotels.com and google.
Great place to stay. Front desk was amazing and very helpful.
The building is new, a lot of construction around , lobby very modern, stuff in reception friendly but only the guy who spoke Czech language, the another girl ( obwisly not Czech girl) was arrogant. The room was very small without fridge , AC didn’t work. The bar in 8 th floor on the roof was closed because of fire. Parking wasn’t pleasant it’s public parking and I hade to walk about 300 m on the street to get into the hotel. without any help.
Comfortable, excellent location, room much bigger than other Motel One hotels I've stayed in. Rooms facing the courtyard are extremely quiet. The only thing I would change is that the curtains are not blackout ones.

Coffee machine was not working on 7th August. Otherwise, a good stay.
No space for bicycles, even though we’d enquired about this when booking. The rooftop bar was closed; breakfast wasn’t available, only breakfast boxes. The reason was a previous fire at the hotel, but we weren’t told about this when we booked.
We’re Cloud One fan’s and we were not disappointed. The reception people were just great. Helped us with transportation questions and anything else we needed. It was sad the sixth floor was closed. We don’t stay anywhere else' if Motel One is available.
Everything was fine. The staff were very nice. The two young trainees who welcomed me when I checked into the hotel were especially friendly, and helpful. They made a wonderful first impression and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived.
The hotel is pleasant and comfortable. Although the rooms are quite small, they are well designed and comfortable. The only bigger downside was that we were not informed anywhere that the rooftop bar was closed. It would have been helpful to know this in advance. The bathroom ventilation is also quite weak. It would be a nice addition if the TV supported easy connection with a smartphone, for example via Chromecast or AirPlay.
I like staying in Motel One as no matter what city the experience is always good. The staff are always welcoming and helpful.
Thank you for a lovely stay! The location was super convenient for exploring Prague, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. However, adding a mini-fridge would be a great improvement—especially during hot weather like this—as well as a safe deposit box in the room. Otherwise, I had a great stay and would consider staying here again!
Too noise even if I try to remark my need to be quiet. One reception who is girl and she is a little fat with glasses do not have good service and attitude to us!
I prefer to have fridge to be able to have cold water the room and may be a coffee machine. Also slippers in the bathroom. The breakfast was good but the expereince that i had with the breakfast at Vienna at the motel one was much better. Location is very good and the hotel is clean.The experience was overall satisfactory,

I had a very good experience at Motel One. My only disappointment was that I had originally booked at Motel One in Nove Mesto and that reservation was cancelled. I would have perferred that location.
Very nice hotel in city centre with clean rooms, comfortable bed and nice spacious bathroom. We visited for second time after our positive experience also from other cities like Bonn and London.
Super convenient location - basic but clean, tidy and sufficient for a good rest!
A convenient location next to the city center, friendly staff, quiet, a room spacious enough for at least two travelers. A nice lobby and chill atmosphere. Some language-barrier issues in the kitchen during breakfast and a shortage of orange juice.

No water in rooms , no cup in room to get water . No tea and coffee facilities in rooms . Breakfast was limited with no hot option , even to toast bread so didn’t rebook after first day . Staff were very nice but no option to add anything to room service for drinks / coffee at bar was not ideal as had to keep purchasing on the day and if going out was inconvenient and added additional costs to my bank charges . We were transferred from your sister hotel after the fire and given no concession ( I.e reduction or even comp breakfast ) to stay at a less attractive hotel .
What’s wonderful 3 night stay, the staff were great the cleanliness was great and the room and bed were perfect
Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent parking facility, close to old town. Great value.
Excellent location. The room was small and cozy. Clean beds and washroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. But the only thing I really disliked was having no way to communicate with reception. For getting iron, ironing board, hot water for tea, or any small things you need to go to reception yourself. It felt pretty inconvenient. It isn't like it is a super cheap hotel, it is under average cost but you dont get average services.
The room was really cold in july, not good smell in the lobby and the breakfast was in the room without windows and not homemade bread. I expect more.

We stayed at the Florentinum after a fire at the Cloud meant our booking was cancelled there . Whilst I was initially disapppointed, we had a great stay . The staff were really friendly , the rooms clean, the housekeeping staff And breakfast staff were all lovely . The location was probably better, not so far to walk and some great restaurants, convenience stores and shopping malls on our doorstep! I think my only disappointment would be that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms . And one of the pillows had had a better life ! (Room 113) - the bed was really comfortable . The compensatory drink was appreciated , the room was ready early and arranging a lazy Sunday check-out being a one-member was no problem! So thank you for a good stay in a great city! P.S loved the smiley eggs at breakfast . The room got an 8 as it didn’t have much character (but that’s why I initially chose the Cloud) , for a motel - it was spot on ! And connecting to Netflix or other streaming facilities appeared only possible for Android phones ..
My stay took place during the time of the rooftop fire. It would have been ideal if hotel staff would have been available soon after the hotel was clear to enter to tell us when we could get into our rooms to collect our luggage, etc. Also, clear messaging on where we were staying and the transportation plan was needed a lot sooner in the process. It was a very disorganized and chaotic experience. I was on my own, so it was very stressful.
