Clean nice Room, good breakfast, just a bit too crowed on Saturday morning since there was a big group of people and not enough space for everyone to find a seat in order to have their breakfast.
Like to mention the bar staff for excellent service.
Property was clean and staff was very accommodating.
The room was neat and clean. The hotel is easily accessible via public transport. Many tourist spots are at walking distance. Plenty of restaurants also at walking distance. Biggest drawback for me was the lack of storage space in the room… absolutely no cupboard or drawers so we had to throw our suitcases open on the floor and this was cumbersome as the room space was quite limited :(
Upgrade war super
Room was small. Temperature uncomfortably warm. No way to control. Nice bath / shower. 3rd day price exorbitant. I want to especially commend Malissa at the front desk. She did an extraordinary job helping us book the first two nights over the phone from the airport. She signed us up as a B1 member. She is exceptionally friendly and caring. Her efforts were above and beyond expected!
We only stayed here one night. It was a positive experience with no issues. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast room very crowded and no place to sit No water at the room - had to buy one bottle for 6€ Construction work in front of window which started at 6.30 in the morning

good room for work travel. only my room 201 did not have a table & chair setup for office work. I used the lobby table. everything else was good.
friendly, clean, comfortable, roof bar v nice. Would have been nice to have a decent sized glass in the room to drink the water you gave us (we got one from the bar) - would be good to get a bottle of water each day (we asked on day 2 but it was a no). Breakfast a little pricey and hard to find a table for 4 people.

Going to where the hotel is located on foot does not give the best impression of Hamburg. But overall very accessible and walkable from the city center. The hotel is also near the U-Bahm station which is a big plus!
Nice hotel. I don't feel big difference between Motel One and The Cloud One. I expected The cloud one is premium brand.
All perfect! only the rooms are a little small and without a minibar
Overall our stay was pleasant as usual but a few times now we had to ask for our free water otherwise we are not offered usually. It would be nice if you can keep it in mind.

Always a pleasure. It would be nice if more than one bottle of water is offered for two people and stays say over 2 nights. Service as always was excellent.
Super Hotel in super Lage!
Good location, nice staff and room. The only things I would point out are that for breakfast many of the tables and chairs are too low to sit and eat at. And the lack of any tea, coffee making facilities in the rooms is a shame.
Loved the stay, beautiful room and view over water. Only thing I missed was coffee/tea in room and maybe a water. We got a waterbottle gifted at the reception when asking for physical cards instead of digital key. Also the shower flooded the whole bathroom while showering even with the showerdoor closed

Great location. Great design. Room was a bit small. I wasnt satisfied by the service I got during check in and by the fact that my kids got a room not near my room and the window from their room was facing the balcony of another room so each guest could look right into the other room. A bit strange.

A small refrigerator in the room and more food options after breakfast would be nice. Also, my second brandy was much smaller than my first.

Our stay at the Motel One Hamburg-Airport was fantastic. After a friendly check-in, we received a complementary water bottle and could proceed straight to our rooms. They had plenty of space for a quick overnight stay. Clean, quiet and air conditioned rooms with comfortable beds were just what we needed. A short 15 minute walk to the airport with large suitcases made this location perfect for us.
Friendly staff, clean and stylish. It was also fantastic that the hotel opened breakfast as early as 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, as we were taking part in a cycling race.
Check in was quick and friendly, breakfast was very good though in summer it would have been nice to have fresh berries rather than a standard fruit salad. Room itself is very nice but for a Cloud One property it might be an idea to have a slightly different bathroom design from your usual Motel One hotels.

We booked Motel One at the last minute and we are so grateful to have found Motel One! We stayed 2 days in Germany. From the check in to check out every part of our stay went beyond our expectations!
Over priced for what’s included, they give you long size bed with single duvet cover .. no mini fridge .. no phone .. no breakfast .. I think this place is way over priced . I think €35-40€ is more than enough for such a room quality

Very good location in the city center, clean and elegant.
Very comfortable clean room with nice water view, good wifi, polite efficient staff, excellent location for transport (bus, S-Bahn) and sights such as main churches and harbourfront (Baumwall) in easy walking distance.
Excellent location, very kind and helpful personnel, clean rooms, beautiful view, easy access by U-Bahn line, lots of shops and restaurants around, esp. down by St.Georg church is a very lively place. I would love to go back to this Motel One!
The breakfast price is outrageous. You don’t even provide free coffee!

O vosso site para reservas é enganador. Fiz uma primeira reserva em Janeiro e o site por defeito marcou-nos a reserva para o 27 do próprio mes. Quando demos conta do engano tentamos desmarcar e explicamos a situação observaram que já não era possível a devolução do valor. Na segunda reserva ia acontecendo a mesma situação da marcação automática para janeiro novamente. Já de sobreaviso conseguimos desta vez a reserva corretamente. Não obstante o primeiro erro nunca ter sido corrigido e reparada a situação
