Very clean and welcoming.
Everything was very good in the hotel, very quiet rooms with air condition, everything in the room very well planned and fresh. However we missed water boiler in the room, perhaps not common in Germany? Also would have been good to get real glasses in the bathroom instead of paper cups. The tables in the reception area was very low and it was a bit difficult to dit there and eat breakfast. Theses are minor details. Otherwise everything was perfect.
Whilst the staff friendliness, cleanliness, location and rooms (small minus was the sewage smell from one shower/bathroom) are perfect, the setup for breakfast is an absolute disaster. There are not enough proper tables so we regularly ended up (larger group - 2 adults, 1 baby, 1 child) sitting in the lounge on couches making a mess and not truly having a comfortable start to the day. It should also be in the interest of the hotel to rearrange the area and make the lounge smaller and have more dining tables. The setup of the buffet is also not ideal as cups and plates are in the shelves below the actual food so access to these is blocked by the queue for the buffet/coffee machines. I would like to give a very positive rating for Me Mutafi (not sure if spelled right), who manned the breakfast and bar usually and his female colleague (Da Costa?!, with brown long hair and grey/blue eyes), who were always super friendly / tried to help.

Nice hotel. Walking distance to city centre. Good lounge / bar. Parking fills up quickly, so we had to park in a nearby parking which was very expensive. They could put some more people at reception, waiting was a bit long at check in and check out.

Motel One is for me the best value money. Since I have stayed for the first time there, I look for one in every city I travel to.

Perfect hotel for a short stay, and likely the best value for money for a similar hotel I've experienced in any country 10/10. If you have to stay for the night near Hamburg airport, stay here. 15 minutes from the airport by foot. Excellent water pressure. Excellent bed. Bar is open around the clock, and there is a gas station a few minutes away by foot for other essentials.

Interesting concept with focus on a pleasant stay, with only the relevant services eg no restaurant, but a bar. I chose no cleaning, which is a god option No password for Wi-Fi - so I would not use it.
Great service from both bars and from the front desk. One of the few times where I have seen that the hotel lobby is actually used by the guests. Amazing breakfast. Clean and modern!

- Great staff, very friendly and also super quick quick with the check in - Rooms where tidy and felt super clean - Location is great and easy to reach - Unfortunately the room was very cold, as we were currently experiencing a rather cold summer. - Would love to find glas wear instead of the paper cups in the bathroom - Curtains were not black out curtains and it got quite bright in the morning + since the rooms are facing each other you'll need to close the curtains to change clothe or similar, otherwise everyone else can see you. - To round it up- having a gym or Sauna would be a huge plus
We would have loved to go to the roof top bar but once again we couldn't as it was Sunday
The hotel's design is chic, sleek and modern, and overall atmosphere is very pleasant. That said, I expected more for the price. It felt smaller than anticipated, the bed size is smaller than a standard queen size bed and I would have appreciated complimentary toiletries, a coffee machine, and a selection of tea. These small touches would have made the stay feel much better value for money. Overall, it's a stylish hotel with a nice ambiance, but there is room for improvement.

The hotel is in vey nice location in central , all within walking distance. We had a room on the secound floor which had deck chairs outside, which would have been nice but however our window door overlooking into another room. So if we sat outside we could see into the room if they didn’t draw the curtain. And vis visa. Overall place nice but disappointing about the room. I Had stayed in another room on 5 floor in May which was better, booked thro booking . Com. Not their app
Everything was great - the service, the staff, the location and parking.
The location is close to the train station and very close to the underground. However, the area the hotel is located in is very problematic with a lot of drug addicts and it does not feel safe.
Great location, clean and quiet. It would be great to find a bottle of water in the room. One of the last things you want to do upon arrival is running fown to the bar and have a drink…
First room they sent me: Tv didn’t work. I wanted to watch word championship soccer. They offered me a room change. I agreed. Room was OK. Bathroom is very small but OK, water for shower was not warm enough. I didn’t mention this, I forgot.
The roomsize is a little bit too small, less space for clothes and the storage of luggage, a double room has only 1 chair to sit
Clean, nice staff, nice beds, AC was not working due to the extreme heat outside but got compensated for it.

overall very nice stay, had to get a room last minute, the check in worked super well in the early hours of the day. the regular check out time at 12 was a lifesaver! sadly, the wifi didn’t work on my phone. the breakfast was super tasty, appreciated that so much was organic! i would have loved to get some scrambled eggs or other warmed dishes for the price, but the bread tasted so good, as if it was homebaked! thank you for a very short but energy recharging stay!!
The hotel has a fantastic location. The staff is wonderful however, the air condition isn’t “typical American air-conditioning”. We were a little warm in the room at times however, we brought this up to the attention of the staff and they moved us to a cooler room, which was actually a better room.

We had a fantastic stay, we enjoyed it from start to check out. Extremely service minded employees, always with a smile. The location is super great both for walking into the city and surrounding. Further the presence of a U Bahn station outside the door is just so convenient

We often travel through Germany and always stay at Motel one. It is fresh, soundproof, good quality and our children feel safe and at home in Motel one. Albert Murati was our breakfast host and he was welcoming, very service-oriented, and helpful to our children.

Worst hotel i stayed. Always had a problem with reception.
I felt like my "roomy" room wasn't really all that roomy. Lots of unusable, wasted space near the door. Actual room area was quite small. Especially for the price I paid I was disappointed. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. The room also would have benefited from a second wastebasket by the desk. Not enough counter space in the bathroom

O vosso site para reservas é enganador. Fiz uma primeira reserva em Janeiro e o site por defeito marcou-nos a reserva para o 27 do próprio mes. Quando demos conta do engano tentamos desmarcar e explicamos a situação observaram que já não era possível a devolução do valor. Na segunda reserva ia acontecendo a mesma situação da marcação automática para janeiro novamente. Já de sobreaviso conseguimos desta vez a reserva corretamente. Não obstante o primeiro erro nunca ter sido corrigido e reparada a situação
