We really appreciated your helpful staff. They gave us suggestions on places to eat, how to take the tram to our cruise ship, and were generally very helpful!

Always great:-)) I really like it a lot. The bar is great and always well attended. It's fun to settle down there in the atmosphere before going to sleep.

The hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are clean, and the staff are particularly accommodating. The bar is also excellent. However, I found it unfortunate that there is no coffee machine in the room.

The stay over four nights was overall okay. The hotel scores with its optimal location, a nice ambiance, and (mostly) friendly staff. My room was very clean. Unfortunately, the heating did not work and only blew cold air. Although the defect was initially confirmed by the maintenance team and a fan heater was left, it was later suddenly said that the system was working. The window lock was also defective. Especially in the older part of the building, renovation is needed. As a long-time Motel One customer who booked well in advance and had specified room wishes, I was disappointed with the condition of my room. Changing rooms was not an option for me: since I was out sightseeing during the day and always returned late, I did not want to move again. At least my room was clean, and I did not know what would have awaited me in the next one. Overall a pity – location and ambiance are right, but the technical equipment should work flawlessly. Above all, you should not have to freeze. No compensation was offered upon request, which is very weak.

Nice short vacation, hotel in a quiet, central location with a great view of the Danube. Rooms without carpet flooring would be preferable.

A lamp in the room was defective, and the floor of the shower tray in the bathroom was too slippery.

The Motel One Leipzig "Alte Post" has a wonderful location. From the breakfast room and the rooftop bar, you have a fantastic view over the city. The breakfast, which is organic quality, is really excellent. We found the staff in all areas of the hotel always very helpful and friendly. This time, we did not like our rooms on the 7th floor as much. Anyone hoping to enjoy a great view of the city from there will be somewhat disappointed because unlike other floors, this one does not have floor-to-ceiling windows and the windowsill is at shoulder height, which limits the view. Moreover, the rooms there are very small. Unfortunately, the parking situation in the building is not the best, as there is often not enough space in the public parking garage. We were surprised to find that 2 nights in a single room cost only €30 less than 2 nights for 2 people in a double room. Nevertheless, we very much enjoyed staying at the "Alte Post" and will do so again because we are fundamentally convinced of the quality.

We had a very pleasant stay. Check-in and check-out were uncomplicated. We especially liked the underground parking garage and the spacious Superior double rooms. It was quiet and the location is ideal – right next to the U2. The rooms are tastefully furnished. Compared to the room, the bathroom is a bit small, but perfectly fine. What was unpleasant were the very low tables at breakfast and the fact that there are mainly two- or three-person tables and hardly any tables for four.

The location is excellent, the view very beautiful, and you can get everywhere quickly. We have already been to Motel One Hauptbahnhof Berlin and Motel One Messe Deutz in Cologne. It is always very nice to check in here again. We are very happy to come back! The hotel chain Motel One is highly recommended!!

I do my checked out from your hotel, but unfortunately I have not received the invoice/receipt for my stay by email. Its important that the hotel send thist to submit my business travel expenses. Everything else was great. The staff was very attentive, the room was comfortable, and overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

The booked "quiet room" was no longer available. The room was very noisy because, among other things, the gastronomy under the window was very loud in the evening until the early morning hours. The next morning, the weekly market was set up under the window from 6:00 a.m. On that, sleeping was no longer possible. The beds were not made because we allegedly declined the service, which the receptionist arbitrarily equated with declining breakfast. The people at the reception could be friendlier.

The room was a bit small, but it would be sufficient for a short holiday. Since we continued on to a longer vacation and therefore had two large suitcases and more hand luggage with us, the space was very tight. Otherwise, everything was TIPTOP.

We stayed there for one night and really liked it. It would have been 10 points if both elevators had been working. The staff were super friendly, competent in handling complaints, and immediately helpful and service-oriented.

Really enjoyed our stay at Motel One Manchester. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere, with friendly, professional staff. Our room was quiet, spotlessly clean and had a lovely city view. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which was reasonably priced for Manchester city centre and offered a good selection. My only small suggestion would be to cook the soft-boiled eggs for a couple of minutes longer, as the egg whites were still a little runny. Great location, with Q-Park right next door. Overall, an excellent stay and we hope to return soon!

Everything was 10/10 except the heating / cooling system: Our room was a bit too warm and we thus turned on the climate control system and dialed down the room temperature. Instead of getting cooler, the room grew hotter and hotter. At the reception we were told the system only cools rooms in the summer or heats them in the winter. No indication of this important fact whatsoever on the room control system. Had two days in a far too warm room -- not super good.

Short vacation with the family. Excellent location. Located on a quiet street with little traffic. No noise. S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations nearby. Speicherstadt and the harbor about a 10-minute walk away. The Michel is also reachable in just 5 minutes. Hotel perfect for a city trip. Rooms are well equipped, perhaps a bit small. But everything necessary is there. The lobby and bar area are very warm and invitingly furnished.

I booked this hotel for a business trip to Rotterdam. Although I was initially hesitant, my opinion changed as soon as I arrived. The property is centrally located and truly welcoming, featuring a stunning reception area and very friendly, helpful staff. My room was on the second floor, overlooking the central pedestrian street; it was bright, clean, and well-organized. The bathroom was also clean and equipped with all the essentials. The icing on the cake was breakfast in the fifth-floor lounge, which offers a view of the cathedral and the entire city! One minor point for improvement: the entrance could be better, as it is located at the rear of the building—it looks quite nondescript and can feel a bit unsettling at night.

The staff is very friendly, but apart from check-in we practically had no contact with the reception. The check-out felt a bit impersonal with the throwing of the cards into the box. A brief feedback at that point would have been preferable to me, rather than an email requesting a review. The room was quite small for three people, the sleeper chair for the child uncomfortable, the shaving mirror in the bathroom mounted far too low.

I have been a fan of Motel One for a long time. In THIS one, I missed an armchair in the room. When checking in, the obviously new employee apparently didn't know that as a member I am supposed to receive a bottle of water. I asked later and of course I got one then. Everything was very friendly and it can happen. But then it doesn't get 10 points ;-)

Bed comfortable and room largely clean except for some dust/sand on the shelf above the toilet. However, the room already had some visible "signs of use," which is not a big deal. I had a ground floor room facing the street. The curtains are not 100% blackout, so the lighting of the trees in front of the window causes it never to be truly dark. It would be good to turn off the lighting from 10 p.m. or install thicker curtains. Breakfast, typical Motel One, very tasty and great selection.

With comfortable rooms, a lobby in the style of a London club and exceptionally good service
, visitors to London usually want two things: green spaces to breathe deeply in and a central location. Our The Cloud One London-Hyde Park offers both. The hotel is situated in Bayswater, north of Hyde Park, and is just a few minutes’ walk from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Behind the stucco-adorned façade, you’ll find rooms designed with great attention to detail and a lobby that combines Victorian townhouse charm with modern furnishings. This makes the London design hotel a place you’ll be delighted to arrive at. The lobby has been created from several former terraced houses: you check in at the Hyde Park Hotel, read or work in the lounge, and enjoy a cocktail at the bar in the evening. In addition, there’s free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, a healthy breakfast buffet featuring plenty of organic produce, and quick check-in for beOne members – just some of the amenities that guarantee a comfortable stay in London. The location also makes your stay hassle-free: you can reach the city centre quickly via the Central Line from Lancaster Gate or Queensway, and Paddington station, with the Heathrow Express, is also within walking distance. This means your arrival and departure are just as relaxed as your journeys to appointments, shopping or sightseeing.
