My overall stay was really wonderful. The only thing I didn't find well organized was the number of service persons in the bar/lounge at floor 0. There where too many barkeepers for the amount of guests there.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel we felt very welcomed. Yannis on the front desk was extremely welcoming and checked us into our room a few hours early. The room was spotless and very spacious which was ideal for our travels. The main perk of this hotel is the location. Located beside the main pedestrian street into Stephansplatz and beside the Karlsplatz metro this hotel is a must for any traveller. Highly recommend.
