Our breakfast spread features classic city staples like a Belgian waffle topped with fresh fruit, hearty omelets filled with sauteed vegetables, vibrant shakshuka, or perfectly seasoned avocado toast. Pair your meal with locally roasted coffee, local teas, or freshly squeezed juices. You’ll also find comforting favorites such as challah French toast and creamy Eggs Benedict.

Our bar has something to quench every thirst – and almost all of them are drinks from the USA.*
That includes coffee, tea, juice and soft drinks as well as things with a little more kick.
Alongside beers and long drinks, we like to mix it up with our cocktails!
We’ve got the Manhattan, of course, inspired by the bustling city outside, while the Big Apple will give you a bit of a vitamin boost and the New Yawk is bursting with great flavours as well as a great colour. So why not work your way through the menu until you end up with a New York, New York in your hand, singing along to Frank Sinatra?
The name says it all – so here’s to New York!

Barbera from Mendocino, Zinfandel from Lodi, from red, white and rosé through to a bottle of bubbly – whatever you get a glass of, all our wines come from the USA.

Our bar offers crisps, organic chocolate and nuts – and also tapas and bread bites, inspired by New York’s international cuisine and prepared using entirely local ingredients.
