"We recently stayed at Cloud One Prague and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the hotel itself is modern and comfortable. The service was a real highlight – very friendly and attentive. Our air conditioning wasn’t running on full power, but the staff handled it with kindness and offered us a nice goodie at the bar, which we really appreciated. The only small downside was that the floors in the room and corridors could have been a bit cleaner. All in all, we were satisfied with our stay and definitely plan to come back on our next visit to Prague."
