A new brand, a new city, a new travel experience: The first The Cloud One Hotel - right in the heart of New York - gave the starting signal for our cloudy journey around the world in 2022.  And a fresh breeze also blew us right back to good old Europe!

Our hotels are for those who seek both the extraordinary and the authentic. For travellers who want to fully immerse themselves in a city. For all of those who want to live experiences and not just tick off a bucket list.

The Cloud One is at the heart of it all, delivering something special. A place that is open to all. Made to inspire and thoughtfully designed to care for our environment. Urban and local, ceated to absorb and breathe the energy of a destination...

What makes us different:

Individuality

Every journey and every traveller is unique. We design our hotels with this in mind. With selected collaborations, exciting events and individual interiors, each The Cloud One Hotel as well tells its very own story.
For this we draw inspiration from the immediate neighbourhood, the emotions of the location, its "local heroes".
For example, the interior design theme in New York is Urban Jungle! Natural materials including leather, wood and bamboo combined with a myriad of plants surround original designer sofas in a modern architectural setting.  
A wall installation featuring the 17 UN Development Goals underscores the sustainable lifestyle we stand for.

Experiences

At The Cloud One Hotels we celebrate experiences - in our hotel and around it. To feel the vibe of a city, you have to move away from the crowds. Our staff are happy to share their inside tips with you. And if you want to leave the hustle and bustle of the city at the hotel entrance, check out  our exclusive wine bar in New York for example, stocked by the US Sommelier of the Year 2022 with a selection of first-class organic US wines. Or how about an organic craft beer or cocktail on the rooftop terrace in Hamburg?

Sustainability

A little bit of sustainability is not enough for us: at The Cloud One Hotels, it is at the forefront of everything we do - from bathroom products to sustainable design to energy use. We live sustainability and try to get better every day. We underline our commitment by using 100 per cent green electricity from renewable sources, buying local and organic food and using sustainably-certified textiles. All our bathroom amenities such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap are organic products.

"what a gorgeous hotel. I love a hotel with some individual style and in a great location and The Cloud had both. Super friendly staff welcomed us and answered all our questions before we settled into our very comfortable room. I love it that we could open the window also as the room was quite hot. Very nice bathroom. the thing that is most impressive is the foyer / bar area with such stylish and confortable seating areas and the rooftop bar with view over the city. Love staying here and thoroughly recommend."
