"The thermostats in my room (911) would not go any lower than 68 but even at 68 it did not feel like 68 at all. I woke up sweating several times. The elevator is a nightmare. The 3 elevators serve all 25+ levels and it creates a huge backlog. Even getting up to my room after a 10pm checking in on a Monday it took me over 10 minutes to get inside an elevator that wasn’t packed. During the mornings it was a similar situation to get down the lobby."
