Nice hotel. Walking distance to city centre. Good lounge / bar. Parking fills up quickly, so we had to park in a nearby parking which was very expensive. They could put some more people at reception, waiting was a bit long at check in and check out.

Interesting concept with focus on a pleasant stay, with only the relevant services eg no restaurant, but a bar. I chose no cleaning, which is a god option No password for Wi-Fi - so I would not use it.
Great service from both bars and from the front desk. One of the few times where I have seen that the hotel lobby is actually used by the guests. Amazing breakfast. Clean and modern!

The hotel's design is chic, sleek and modern, and overall atmosphere is very pleasant. That said, I expected more for the price. It felt smaller than anticipated, the bed size is smaller than a standard queen size bed and I would have appreciated complimentary toiletries, a coffee machine, and a selection of tea. These small touches would have made the stay feel much better value for money. Overall, it's a stylish hotel with a nice ambiance, but there is room for improvement.

The hotel has a fantastic location. The staff is wonderful however, the air condition isn’t “typical American air-conditioning”. We were a little warm in the room at times however, we brought this up to the attention of the staff and they moved us to a cooler room, which was actually a better room.
We had a fantastic stay, we enjoyed it from start to check out. Extremely service minded employees, always with a smile. The location is super great both for walking into the city and surrounding. Further the presence of a U Bahn station outside the door is just so convenient
I felt like my "roomy" room wasn't really all that roomy. Lots of unusable, wasted space near the door. Actual room area was quite small. Especially for the price I paid I was disappointed. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. The room also would have benefited from a second wastebasket by the desk. Not enough counter space in the bathroom
My overall experience has been good, however it could be improved if the hotel had more irons available for guests. I have been staying at this hotel for the past couple of months, and almost every time I request an iron, it is either unavailable or I am asked to bring my clothes downstairs and use the ironing area near the reception. I believe this is quite inconvenient, especially for guests staying several nights. For business travelers staying 3–4 nights or longer, having easy access to an iron is quite important and helps make their stay more comfortable and worry-free. Constantly having to figure out how to manage wrinkled clothes can be frustrating, and bringing my own iron seems like the only alternative. I hope that on my next visit, which will be in about five weeks, I will be able to have an iron available in my room or be provided with one for the duration of my 4–5 night stay. Other than this issue, my experience at the hotel has been positive. One last request, if feasible: please consider adding a few more vegetarian breakfast options for guests who do not eat eggs or meat. Simple choices such as boiled potatoes, sautéed/boiled mushrooms, or other vegetarian hot dishes would be greatly appreciated and would provide more variety for vegetarian guests. Basically a rebranded Motel One, not really anything wrong with that. The room is typical Motel One, comfortable and an OK size, but very little storage space for clothes. Nice rooftop bar with the customary wide selection of gins. Main negative part of the experience was the automated check-in via the BeOne app, which didn’t work as promised. The phone key was supposed to be activated by 15:00, I arrived between 15:30 and 16:00 and it still wasn’t active. I checked in manually at the front desk which fortunately wasn’t too busy yet. The key finally activated just as I made it up to the room.

The rooms and hotel areas was a 10, but the breakfast was just ok. Missed bacon, beans etc. We travelled with a kid with celiac disease, and would have appreciated some pasteries for him as well. IPA beer in the bar was missed. And you Germans have a way to go when it comes to friendly greetings. For a Scandinavian you seems like you do not want to be bothered at all, but after talking to you for a bit, you are friendly. So this is probably cultural thing. Have had the same experience in Berlin and Hannover as well.

We are One Hotel Members since many years. This time we were not satisfied with the room i.e. the beds. We asked the second day of our stay (5 nights!) for a topper on the matrass or another solution, because it was really unconfortable and we could not sleep well. The answer was: there is no such a solution, the beds/ matrasses are all the same. For such prices we would have liked another answer / solution. We do not know if we will come back to this hotel. Overall it was a good experience. You can wait for some time at reception especially when in a rush . Rooms are clean but small and I really missed a kettle to make a tea or coffee like in any other country. Very central location15 min walk to central station. Overall ok
I loved the design of the hotel especially the bar area with all the different pieces of furniture, the lights, that were all different styles but eorked so wonderfully. Someone had a very good eye in deciding the pieces.

Great location - easy to get via public transport from the airport. Stylish lobby/bar and rooftop bar. The room though small had everything we needed. Lovely staff. We enjoyed the pastrami sandwich but would like to have seen a few more bar snacks offered.
Nice place to be in the centre of Hamburg. When you come by car it is handy to have the address of the entrance of the parking unther the hotel! ( for your navigationsystem)!
Rooms are small but very good isolated so you don't hear your neighbors at all. All necessary items are there. The only negative aspect is the check-in. I called beforehand and asked if my wife has the possibility to join me and what the costs would be. She decided to not come but it was a little issue getting her breakfast from the invoice (that I didn't book for her) and the tax. It seems the lady at the desk was pretty new. Other than that it was a fantastic stay.
All good, with the exception of breakfast: it is unacceptable that a hotel of such standing does not have a dedicated breakfast room capable of accommodating the numerous guests and forces guests to have breakfast in the hall placing cups, glasses and food on very low tables placed in front of the armchairs.
