The hotel was beautiful, the staff was kind. We speak English and were able to communicate with everyone effectively and easily. My only issue is that for the price paid, there should be water available in the room.
Small room, should be nice to have a kettle or a nespresso machine on your own room so you can have a drink.
The check-out with the proper company invoice was procedually really bad (was'nt able to do it Day before, wrong adresses some double times, took a very long time etc.). The service still was very kind and calm - respect!!

Lovely hotel, very clean, polite staff and great bars. Very accommodating of my request for the 9th floor. I would like to see more English language television or easier ways to connect devices like iPads to the tv. There was Bluetooth for music but not casting. Also, maybe a mini fridge in the rooms.
All in all, it was very good. The windows to the road were very dirty on the outside. The tv was also unplugged.
One of the worst hotel experiences I've had — amenities and service both fell far short. The room was small, and the bathroom wasn't fully enclosed, so it got soaked every time someone showered. The amenities were the real problem. No kettle, no bottled water, no cups, no tea or coffee, no iron or ironing board — nothing. When I requested for a kettle, staff demanded a 50-euro cash deposit, refusing card payment or any other currency. Despite my booking being made through my company, they wouldn't release the kettle until the deposit was paid — and cash, specifically, which not many travelers carry anymore. I had to borrow money from a colleague just to get a kettle in my room. A kettle and cups should be standard, not something guests have to fight for. To make matters worse, they couldn't refund the deposit the night before checkout, forcing me to deal with it again the next morning. They claimed the money was locked and they have no access to it. Breakfast was mishandled too. I had an early Sunday flight and the hotel couldn't provide an early breakfast. Rather than crediting me for the missed meal, they charged me for a second breakfast I never received. It took two separate corrections with my colleague's help before the charge was fixed. The night staff were the low point - unhelpful. When I asked for assistance for the kettle and refund of deposit, they claimed they "weren't hotel staff" and couldn't do anything. Staff across the board were unfriendly. I returned to the room one day to see the toilet brush left in the toilet bowl. The housekeeping didn't keep it away. The only warm dish served at the buffet breakfast was scrambled eggs. There was no toaster for the bread too. Between the lack of basic amenities, the deposit ordeal, the billing errors, and the dismissive service, this stay was a serious letdown. I would not recommend Cloud One Hamburg to anyone, and I've advised my company to look elsewhere for future stays.
Have wifi access in the hotel rooms
Nice hotel in a great location, and a good option for visiting Hamburg. However, the room was a bit small and lacked some basic amenities, such as water and a minibar/fridge. For a 4-star hotel, I would have expected something more, such as a coffee machine or additional in-room comforts (Gym, etc).
the room was very small not enough space from my clothes
The room was neat and clean. The hotel is easily accessible via public transport. Many tourist spots are at walking distance. Plenty of restaurants also at walking distance. Biggest drawback for me was the lack of storage space in the room… absolutely no cupboard or drawers so we had to throw our suitcases open on the floor and this was cumbersome as the room space was quite limited :(

Would have been nice to have a decent sized glass in the room to drink the water you gave us (we got one from the bar) - would be good to get a bottle of water each day (we asked on day 2 but it was a no). Breakfast a little pricey and hard to find a table for 4 people.

Great location. Great design. Room was a bit small. I wasnt satisfied by the service I got during check in and by the fact that my kids got a room not near my room and the window from their room was facing the balcony of another room so each guest could look right into the other room. A bit strange.

Check in was quick and friendly, breakfast was very good though in summer it would have been nice to have fresh berries rather than a standard fruit salad. Room itself is very nice but for a Cloud One property it might be an idea to have a slightly different bathroom design from your usual Motel One hotels.

A special compliment to Patricia at the reception for her kindness and helpfulness. The breakfast selection is good, but every morning finding a table was a challenge. The breakfast area is simply too small for the number of guests, with an insufficient number of tables and seats. On our last morning, we ended up eating at a small, unstable coffee table, barely knee-high and completely unsuitable for having breakfast.

A centrally located easy going hotel with private garage as an ad on.
This is the hotel we always choose in Hamburg and one of my favorites worldwide! The atmophere, the interior design, the cleaningness, the roof top bar and its staff, the vibe and the perfect location are really good. One of the most important things the hotel offers is a garage that is accessed by elevator from the hotel. It feels safe and it is very convinient. I can early recommend it.
Clean, modern, new, easy to reach on foot from main station, bathroom products AMAZING, lovely interior and rooftop bar. Not many good snacks available at bar just chips, popcorn and two types of sandwich, i had to request and carry an ironing board and iron to my room, the iron was old and burnt my dress. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would gladly visit your hotel again. The reservation process was excellent. The member of your reception team we contacted before our arrival was extremely competent, friendly, and helpful. Thanks to him, the booking process was smooth and straightforward. Check-in took a little longer than expected. The receptionist mentioned that she was still in training and seemed a little under pressure, so the overall welcome was perfectly fine but felt somewhat formal. The room itself was very clean, and the housekeeping staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and dedicated. We also really enjoyed the bar – the atmosphere and service were both very pleasant. The biggest area for improvement is the ventilation in the underground garage. Unfortunately, the air was extremely hot and stuffy, making even a short stay in the garage quite uncomfortable. We would very much appreciate an improvement in this area. Just one minor point: we noticed a little bit of weed growth on the balcony. This only had a very small impact on what was otherwise a very well-maintained overall impression. Apart from these minor points, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to thank your entire team.

Nice hotel. Walking distance to city centre. Good lounge / bar. Parking fills up quickly, so we had to park in a nearby parking which was very expensive. They could put some more people at reception, waiting was a bit long at check in and check out.

Interesting concept with focus on a pleasant stay, with only the relevant services eg no restaurant, but a bar. I chose no cleaning, which is a god option No password for Wi-Fi - so I would not use it.
Great service from both bars and from the front desk. One of the few times where I have seen that the hotel lobby is actually used by the guests. Amazing breakfast. Clean and modern!
