In addition to liquid pick-me-ups such as locally roasted coffee, tea and juices, early birds can enjoy muesli en masse, fresh fruit and scrambled eggs. Plant-based milk alternatives and honey from local bees are also available, as well as cheese from the Wohlfahrt organic cheese dairy, sausage specialties from the traditional Kupfers Metzgermarkt butcher's shop and organic jams made by the Beerenbauern - our breakfast in Nuremberg is organic and local.
